Any first focal plane? Sfp is kinda a deal breaker

  3. 343 Veteran on December 10, 2021 at 8:19 pm

But where are they made ?

  4. Southern Discomfort on December 10, 2021 at 8:19 pm

"Designed to handle Australia’s high temperatures and dust.." What marketing crap is that? All scopes handle high temps and dust, these are not ‘special’, in the sense they are not "specially made to handle Australian conditions" as the marketing woman said.

I hope they are not made in China because made in China sucks bat soup. Buy a U.S.A made Leupold scope & have a scope that works well & you can be proud of, don’t buy un-reliable, un-tested, throw away rubbish when the first shot counts. Australian what?

  9. Chris Tilley on December 10, 2021 at 8:28 pm

So these aren’t made in Aus. Fair comment. But which Aus made scope would you guys suggest? Aus designed and imported by an Ozzy small business from what I can tell. It’s the closest we’ve got to an Aus scope maker and hopefully a step in the right direction. Lets hope they are a successful enterprise and can grow to make their own.

Australian owned means nothing these days, its code for the Australian importer and re-brander.

Just bought the 4.6-18×40 vengeance ZT and will soon test it at the Belmont Range with my .308 Howa as soon as PTA and Covid 19 lockdown is over. Have no idea what to expect.

I just bought a thrive HD and the clarity is as good if not better than some of my name brand scopes. Very solid and cool reticle.

  13. RichieV on December 10, 2021 at 8:39 pm

Why would you not have illumination on the top of the range

  14. Shane Gibb on December 10, 2021 at 8:45 pm

Good looking scopes Aaron , seem very affordable too .

  15. Michael Hunter on December 10, 2021 at 8:53 pm

Scopes are no good stay away from them the tubes are are to weak, as soon as you get to your torque value on your rings (15 in lb) the side parallax locks up. I will be sending mine back for a refund.

Nice that it’s an Australian company and this and that but full disclosure that they are not made in Australia would have been nice. Great video though.

I’m looking for FFP and so far I only like Vortex diamondback tactical 6-24×50. Price is good as well and and nothing else from big brands in that $1000 max budget. And from your experience whats better for target shooting FFP or SFP ?

  18. Jason O'Connor on December 10, 2021 at 8:56 pm
