Ngl that lockdown wasnât scary at all and I can guarantee anyone who was âscaredâ wasnât actually scared. They were just being dramatic. I hate to speak for everyone by everyone I mean most people, but I just feel like most of the kids their didnât take that lockdown seriously, mostly because it was a soft lockdown Iâm pretty sure that means they already mostly had that situation under control. The only people I can imagine being scared were the freshmen not because they are young, but because the people who had the weapon were freshmen. All the other higher grades probably were not scared.
All I have to say is (to those pretending to be scared and filming tiktoks) cry more!
When I went to school there many students would have shotguns in the rear window of their trucks. It was a non-issue. Times sure have changed.

Manâs took âhonker seasonâ a bit to serious
I hate that happened I was with my classmates with my teacher đ©âđ« Iâm gonna stay home from school đ« to be safe. Thursday Friday and Monday I call my mom and my sister they told I will stay home I was happy đ theyâre gets worried about us is happening to every school sometimes.

danggg iâm so glad i didnât end up going here, i live super close to ychs so yeah
I was talking to a student at this school, and I think this happening is failure on the schoolâs end. Supposedly, there were several police cars that day and when the lockdown actually occurred, it was a âlight lockdownâ, where they are still teaching, just with doors locked. This is a major failure on the security methods of the school, and hopefully this system improves massively lest this happen again, or worse, actual deaths and people hurt. Theyâre lucky they caught the students when they did, the fact the students were able to sneak it in the first place is absurd, especially when RV, a school nearby in the same district, has pretty decent methods and supposedly metal detectors. I would assume YC, being the larger school, has the budget to do more about their security, and havenât.
