I own the Walther PDP full size 5" barrel (18+1) and the compact size 4" barrel (15+1). Nothing but praises. I am extremely pleased.

Walther PDP, HK VP9, or CZ P-10? All would be full size and optics ready versions. What’s your thoughts?

How does the Walther PDP 5 inch compare to the CZ P10F? Comparing both for Carry Optics.

Pricing magazines right now a guy is not to far off to simply spend the money to add this 5" if they already have the 4.5" 👍

I didn’t know you had a PDP! Got one on the way, wish I’d talked to you about it at the ASPNC.

Nice! I have the compact 5 myself. I’ll be taking it to the range later this afternoon. Please post about the how/if the iron sights cowitness with the RD. I’m not sure how to change out the front sight. Yes, they are the same as Glock sights, and I have changed out Glock sights…but there’s not much room under the slide to access the screw. Have a look look and it’ll be more clear. I think the 4 and 4.5 inch models have much easier access.
Edit: I just watched MAC’s video on the PDP. The extended dust cover of the longer slides is plastic amd can be slid back to remove the front sight. MAC suggests using a flathead screwdriver….I will probably wait to see what Walther says as I don’t like prying against plastic if it can be avoided.

Congrats on that beautiful pistol im, loving my 4.5" full size ,i was really lucky because it was the last one tbey had in stock, have been checking a lot of sites and all of them ( Canadian sites) are out of stock for some time now,I love the grip, the trigger, is just flawless, like most YouTube videos say,its quite snappy ,I would agree to that,i guess that would probably be an account of the weight of the gun, happy shooting and stay safe✌

They are supposed to come with 3 mags, I think some scumbags are removing 1. My gun came with 3 like it’s supposed to.

  25. Invidious Ignoramus on November 7, 2021 at 6:51 pm

Well. I didn’t realize the 5 inch model was going to have a longer pic rail section too. Wonder if it will be the same for the compact grip 5 inch?
