The fact that the defendant is just making up situations as he goes along with the stupidity of his attorney by letting Travis McMichael take the stand and lie about a robbery attempt at an ATM machine as a result of hurricane Katrina, the bank was destroyed, but the ATM machine was working in Mississippi while he was in the coast guard ok next lie. Excellent dissuion for the Judge to allow this line of questioning by the defense attorney to open up all kinds of reasonable doubt about Travis McMichael and his father’s reasons for playing neighborhood drunk vigilantes. Investigating homeless people under a bridge. When you lie you have to remember every single lie you tell and that’s why Greg McMichael never took the witness stand, because he has more baggage going on then needs to come into this trial involving himself and the DAs office. Why would any competent lawyer, would co defendant three people charged with murder and one of them filmed his involvement in a murder .
What’s his education level? He sounds very uneducated and full of himself with no clue about life nor reality he can’t intelligently express himself did he complete high school we know his father is slow couldn’t complete training to be an employee of the DA. Just a person clear of color and mad with people of color just sad
This is all so sad. Even though he was wrong, I believe that a prejudice attitude, behavior, and actions were instilled in Travis by his father. I feel it in my spirit. Travis seems like he is servile to his father. I would bet that his seemingly cold, stern father raised Travis in a household with all kinds of racial slurs and symbols representing so-called European superiority.
I believe Travis’s ideas and beliefs are rooted socio-culture wise. This often happens in small, Southern towns. Travis doesn’t seem arrogant and smug at all. He appears to be struggling to keep his story believable but I think he is a product of a racially charged upbringing. If this is true, the result was poor Ahmad.
People should not subject their children to their bias beliefs and values because the biases may ruin the lives of the children and the ones of many others.

Myself being a 24 year veteran officer (retired) can see clearly that this guy is a liar and has no clue as to even explain any trained techniques definitions or acronyms. HE FAILED TO EVEN RECEIVE, COMPLETE, AND OR PASS CERTIFICATION. He is a complete joke. You can clearly see he is guilty 😔 of the crime he is accused of. My prayers are with the victim and his family. This guilty verdict was just as it should be because these men were the obviously the aggressors and totally in the wrong. They deserve imprisonment. Do I think all these 3 men who caused Amhaud Arbery’s death deserve to be behind bars for life?
My answer is YES
2. Do I think if Amhaud Arbery were a white man that entered that unfinished house would be dead?
My answer is NO

Do I think if Travis and Gregory the father McMichaels and Ryan the neighbor were blacks and Amhaud Arbery were white, Do I think when the first police officer who came to the scene white Amhaud Arbery’s body was lying down on the streets black Travis and Gregory McMichaels and Black Ryan would have been arrested by that cop?
My answer is YES.
4. Do I think if Amhaud Arbery were to get a hold of that gun he would have gunned down Travis as self defense?

And Amhaud Arbery would have gone to jail on a spot.

and politics in this country. By no mean, I don’t think Amhaud Arbery is an innocent man himself becsuse I saw his previous interactions with previous police officers on YouTube. He really was not a reasonable young man himself. Do I think he deserved to be killed in such horrible condition?

In my opinion, if he were to enter the McMichaels’ house and try to rob them, if they had a chance to pull the trigger on Amhaud Arbery, in my opinion, that action would have been justifiable. And I don’t think the McMichaels and Bryan Roddy Williams would have to face any jail time. But when you grabbed those weapons and start chasing down an individual who just happened to be running down the street just because he does not look like you and shot him to death. You deserve to be locked up for the rest of your life. Gregory McMichael the father, as an older man in that family has no morals nor common sense. He’s the one that caused his son and neighbor behind bars. You would think as someone who’s been serving his community, and have been around for a while would have used his common sense to tell his son chasing someone down the streets with weapons is not a brilliant idea. Instead let’s call the authorities. He chose to encourage his son and took the law into his own hands. As a result to that he thought they did nothing wrong by consoling his son, potting him on his shoulder. " you had no choice, you have nothing to be worried about. "
In my opinion they need to rot in jail. Now they will be smarter in jail, will have to think twice and reflect on what they did that day they got together and gunned down Amhaud Arbery. My hope is that they never get to go home for being racist. Stay in jai like jail birds and be fed with jail food. Will never get to murder another person ever again because of the way they look.

Detaining a person is a very serious act and you need to be absolutely sure you’re right. Even sworn police have specific rules they are to abide by when they do. Granted sometimes they lie to make up probable cause or reasonable suspicion. But since they’re the police the system will usually protect them. As far as you the citizen if you shoot the wrong person u is Fuct.
Anybody who saw the video kan tell after he shot Ahmaud the way he walked of like he just shot a deer kan tell he said some bs after he shot him…
