I had one of those card knives in my wallet for year’s and forgot about it till I went into the courthouse and the officer told me to put the knife in my car and come back through.
I feel like a less than 35 is the sweet spot for a new knife guy (me) but I’m British and probably not gonna be able to get a knife
I got the kabar folding hunter a year ago and the only problem I have had after carrying it for months was the pocket clip got loose and unusable after a while so no I just use it with a lanyard
Spoiler : Best knife at the $20 price range is the Ka-Bar Dozier Hunter, or on the rare occasion when you can find the Ontario Rat I for 20 usd .

Get one of the cheap Eafengrow knives, better then all these knives for the price. Ganzo is also amazing especially the firebird line.

I would honestly recommend a marble’s large stag bone handle knife. A lot of them are under 20 dollars yet they are extremely good quality, nice and reliable knives.
Tfw all these knives will be over 20 bucks once you factor in shipping and tax
