    Thanks for the perfect video.
    One question?
Will this spring kit work on the Thompson Pro Hunter FX?

  3. Gran Havana Cigar Lounge on November 17, 2021 at 10:46 pm

This is the best professional do it yourself video.

Don’t try to close or lock your barrel when your firing pin is out. You’ll damage your receiver (action) I sure did the damage was minimal. It still function well. From 4 pound to 1.6 pounds.on mine spring kit.

Always wanted one of these. Can they be free floated? I’m wasn’t sure with the front handguard. Does it matter if it can’t? Never really heard how the accuracy was

Great video. Only thing I didn’t like was that staple puller, who owns one of those. It gave me anxiety seeing someone not rip the plastic bag open and use a staple puller. That seriously bothered me, but other than that excellent tutorial

Excellent Video Good picture quality made installation a blast

OUTSTANDING VIDEO. Beautiful I could see everything perfectly, great camera positions throughout the video. Explanation is perfect. I’m not by any stretch of the imagination a gun smith, but I’ve had my share of them apart. I understand how it all works for the most part. I’m very mechanically inclined due to the fact I’ve worked with my hands my entire life with the big trucks, cars, motorcycles, lawnmowers, and 4 wheelers. Firearms are intricate machines in the workings. I just bought a new T/C Pro Hunter FX from a national supplier. The trigger is kind of stiff, can you recommend something to lighten it up a little? Thanking you in advance

    Anthony

im really glad i found this video, I just recently purchased an Encore and heard that they have heavy trigger. Saved me some money from sending it to a gunsmith.

Got any cp33 parts coming out soon?

  19. Al Garcia on November 17, 2021 at 11:21 pm

Awesome video! Just put my spring kit in today. One question… What is the point or the reason, I guess, in putting that last locking bolt Spring in the barrel portion? Thanks tons!

After watching the video I decided to give it a go. To my surprise it went really well. Not a 20 minute job like some profess but no long either. I had my Encore for 15+ years and it was in need of a good cleaning and spring upgrade. Your video made it happen. No way I could have completed the job with out it.

  22. fisherdoug on November 17, 2021 at 11:28 pm

gun went from 3.5 to 15 oz

  23. Celtic Dude on November 17, 2021 at 11:29 pm

Wow that receiver internals is completely different than the CVA Optima. ?

  24. thelocustemperor on November 17, 2021 at 11:31 pm

The breech plug you’ve got on it is that the endeavour version? I thought only the endeavour and the bone collector used that quick release plug, please correct me because that’s why I’m asking I just can’t find the right info. What’s the difference between the XT and normal speed breech or are they the same?
