    Oh how I miss those mountains. The best experience was when I used to drive cross country trucking . My savage model 10 in 243 has the same thin barrel and heats up just as quick. Good shooting.

    Cool, the 243 and 6.5 seem to be good right out of the box. Is your front of the stock touching the barrel on one side? ( many do with cheap plastic stocks and can be effected using a bi pod. Here’s two easy fixes. https://youtu.be/2Vk4wtLo-vo

    Dang it, 100 yard accuracy at 200 yards. That rifle with that reticle likes the distance.

    FINALLY, someone who has the T/C Compass in .243 Win. I have one, with a Vortex Diamondback HP 3-16×42, that is an absolute amazing rifle. Not too fond of it heating up as quickly as it does, but, all-in-all, a real fun rifle. Thanks for the video!

    That looks like a fine rifle, I love 243 win, I am hoping to be reloading that soon, I have dies but I still need a couple more items for it
