I’d say, as for the final advice you given, shorten the video to around 15 minutes, 20 minutes if you really have a lot to say and don’t shy away from 10 minutes video if there not lots to say. Cut down some of the dead time or transition when speaking, effectively communicating is a great skill, often overlooked and there are courses for it. I appreciate the videos but it is getting a bit long, and attention span is just not great, I also guarantee your views and subscription will growth a lot more if you so chose to do it.
