So you have a logo on a Pic rail optic…. to KNOW it’ll fit a pic rail? Who exactly is the target consumer here?
Can you take the yellow tread logos off?
Do NOT be fooled with the Tread Iron Sights! I ordered them, didn’t work (front post too high), called Sig & they told me "the M400 was NOT designed for iron sights"! I told them about this video, and its claim, and they changed the subject to offering a return label for my troubles.

Why Couldn’t Sell a Barrel nut wrench for this? Or may sell this tread with a 15 inch full picatinny rail. We Support you SIG but don’t make your Consumers feels inferior for using your products.

Tells me BUIS are “hella important”, then neglects to include them with the rifle. Come on Sig, including the sights and the ambi charging handle would’ve cost you next to nothing.
Also, can we get a more utilitarian hand guard with a full length rail and M-Lock in the 45 degree positions?
Other than the ambi and gas mitigation features is the charging handle mil-spec per say? I found it odd they referred to everything as specific to the M400.

I love everything but the handguard is trash. The Upgraded ones are better but ehhh. I wish sig offered a Tread handguard with a Picatinny rail all the way across the top

I’m new to Sig Sauer and I just bought myself an Sig M400 Tread! I’m thinking about buying a Romeo 5 for it but I want flip up sights too and wonder if you can equip both on it and possibly use them to co-witness with the Romeo 5?
I wish they sold their handguards in other colors than just black
Hey SIG, why could’t you just sale the M400 with the upgrade 15" hand guard right out of the box? the hand guard that comes with this rifle is useless because it gets too hot with rapid fire and you can’t attach a handle closer to the receiver. Please be more considered with your costumers, don’t hate us.
Romeo 5 is not motion censored! Wby does every sig review I watch say it is! I have the Romeo 5 it has to be manually turned off and on.
I’m looking for this rifle on gunbroker and I notice that some sellers have the "TREAD" symbol on the side of the hand guard and some do not, yet they’re all listing it as SKU RM400-16B-TRD. Is this a detachable plate that comes with the rifle, or is there some other explanation for this variation?
So the M400 Tread is 7lbs with the original handguard how much does it weigh with the upgraded 15in handguard?
it would have been nice to have had iron sights on the sig out of the box. Love the rifle but it should come with ironsights since its not a shotgun.
Buy a M400…ships in cardboard box & no picatinny mount for front sight. Also machine few more mlok hokes in stock hand guard be nice. Pretty ghetto Sig.
