Word on the street is that the scopes are junk in terms of build quality and any of the BDX range finders under the 2400 model are also crappy. Maybe this system is ok for a bit of fun on the range but there is no way I would use it on a serious long range hunting trip…

Can’t wait to hunt Great White’s with my new waterproof scope

  3. Anthony Steggell on October 27, 2021 at 5:25 pm

Used it today and got out to 533 easy. I ran out of mountain after that!!! Sick system!

  4. Renden Dye on October 27, 2021 at 5:25 pm

What if I just get the scope will this still work good? Then get the range finder later

  5. darrell downs on October 27, 2021 at 5:27 pm

    I bought this exact setup

  6. Marc Perich on October 27, 2021 at 5:29 pm

And then the government forces the company give them access to your info……Ya not messing with any scope that’s connected to the internet in any way, shape or form.

  7. Dipper964 on October 27, 2021 at 5:29 pm

What if I put this on a 7.5in ar? If I input my velocity, will it adjust for me?

  8. JAMES MARSHALL on October 27, 2021 at 5:29 pm

    Who manufactured the rings…?

  9. KJV1611AV on October 27, 2021 at 5:30 pm

They need to make a ffp version .

  10. Michael Bertrand on October 27, 2021 at 5:31 pm

For some odd reason out here in lake charles louisiana they are doing alot of delays and denials on. Background checks

  11. Not Uncle Joe on October 27, 2021 at 5:32 pm

Cool piece of tech. Seems like a lot to go wrong though.

  12. Josh Black on October 27, 2021 at 5:33 pm

Which is a better system, the BDX or the Burris Eliminator 3?

  13. Fernando Almanza on October 27, 2021 at 5:33 pm

That’s awesome what were you shooting will that scope fit on a M1A

  14. Alan Catpenter on October 27, 2021 at 5:34 pm

    Bought it..awsome scope..great glass

  15. Paul Goldash on October 27, 2021 at 5:34 pm

Before you hunt with this set up, check your local laws. In some states its illegal to have this setup on public hunt.

  16. Michael Hooks on October 27, 2021 at 5:36 pm

sorry, 800 is not affordable for us "average" shooters….badass scope though…

  17. Bryan H on October 27, 2021 at 5:37 pm

I don’t comment on virtually anything but I wanted to say thank you for this video. I just got this combo delivered today and you are right that it is a bit much on the tech side and I am very techy in my normal life. I am a novice hunter and wanted to make sure that I am giving myself the best chance to get a clean shot so I went with this setup. I would love a video where someone goes through the actual setup of the many different parameters that this scope is capable of. Thanks again.

  18. Walter White on October 27, 2021 at 5:40 pm

It’s about dam time that 1 of my favorite firearms ext review channels gets a hold of the Sig Sauer bdx system for review. I love this optic and it is well worth it for the money and also you can send Sig Sauer your ballistic data and they’ll send you an elevation turret built to your spec and data

  19. Allen Ramos on October 27, 2021 at 5:41 pm

Just got that scope but the 3.5×10 looks awesome on my Springfield saint Victor in .308

  20. OutDoors with Rooster Currie on October 27, 2021 at 5:42 pm

So what is the maximum effective range of this Scope / Rangefinder combo?

  21. Doc Holliday on October 27, 2021 at 5:44 pm

This will be a nice add on to my Sig 716i (7.62×51)

  22. Richard Bellam on October 27, 2021 at 5:46 pm

You can’t use Bluetooth without google knowing who, what , when, where, why and for how long!
    No Thanks!!!

  23. Bert Nichols on October 27, 2021 at 5:50 pm

Setting mine up later today. Well hopefully if the weather clears up.

  24. OutDoors with Rooster Currie on October 27, 2021 at 5:52 pm

Also is there windage hold off capabilities with this combo?

  25. KJV1611AV on October 27, 2021 at 5:54 pm

Apples to oranges, but alot more affordable than a revik…….revik has some cool features, but that sig is an amazing value for sure.

  26. tommy guns on October 27, 2021 at 5:56 pm

after the really crappy experience this past month with sig and their customer service for warranty on a red dot, i will never buy another sig. this was my first and last. ill stick to my vortex , holo sun and steiner.

  27. new england patriot on October 27, 2021 at 5:56 pm

    where are these made?

  28. Teran Roberts on October 27, 2021 at 5:57 pm

Do the scopes still only give ballistic data out to 800 yards?

  29. omar ponce on October 27, 2021 at 5:59 pm

Does the Bluetooth still work or did it break down already?

  30. Dylan Boissey on October 27, 2021 at 6:01 pm

Great video! What pistol grip is on that rifle?

that optic is very competitively priced compared to the other rangefinding smart optics on the market, great review!

  33. Walter MacBride on October 27, 2021 at 6:04 pm

How well does it all work if you don’t have a cell signal? There’s still a few places out in the boonies with little to no cell service.

  34. Slade The Blade on October 27, 2021 at 6:05 pm

Have my Sig rangefinder on the way. Really wanting to pick up the 2.5-8 scope for my AR. Would be a sweet and fun setup.

  35. BJ S on October 27, 2021 at 6:06 pm

Great scope and you are very informative. Can you give me a quick review and opinion of the BURRIS ELIMINATOR III as compared to this scope ? Trying a to make a decision on which one to purchase. Of course there are so many others to choose from, but I have my choices narrowed down to these two for the time being. Can you get back to me on this ? Thanks, Billy

Great job brother. Thanks for sharing

  37. Efrain Lopez on October 27, 2021 at 6:09 pm

Now I know what I want for xmas

  38. Chris Sewell on October 27, 2021 at 6:09 pm

Finally, a scope that is worth all the money! Now when someone makes a partnered mini range finder, mount on the fore-rail, or just built into the scope….Then we got us a bad ass scope!

  39. Michael Smith on October 27, 2021 at 6:10 pm

Wonder if this would be a good fit for a ar10 if it would handle the recoil

  40. Stone Gray Sky on October 27, 2021 at 6:11 pm

Is that the 300blk build in the background?

  41. Stephen Kulawinski on October 27, 2021 at 6:12 pm

What amount are you using to adapt your phone camera to your scope

  42. Brandon Howren on October 27, 2021 at 6:13 pm

What about windage? Are there hashmarks or something?

  43. Joe on October 27, 2021 at 6:13 pm

Unfortunately is it is illegal to use in PA for hunting.

  44. crazylk10 on October 27, 2021 at 6:15 pm

Just got mine and there is no paperwork in it. Do you still need to sight in at 100 or does the app with rangefinder just automatically zero it at 100?

  45. Ricardo Torres on October 27, 2021 at 6:16 pm

Burris Eliminator IV or SIG BDX combo???

  46. Danny Dindral on October 27, 2021 at 6:19 pm

how does the sig box compare with the burris eliminator??? not sure which one to go with, because the eliminator has the range finder built into it, one less thing to carry while hunting

  47. Too Cold Chain on October 27, 2021 at 6:20 pm

    The future is now!

  48. Jonathan Wilfred Michelin on October 27, 2021 at 6:20 pm

What optic mount are you using??

  49. Andrew Stoll on October 27, 2021 at 6:22 pm

When you download the app will the US government be asking for the users information also??

  50. Wolverine Chamberlin on October 27, 2021 at 6:24 pm

What ring mount set up do you have. I just got the 30 mm tube scope BDX ?
