The hi point carbine in 9mm is one of the best guns I’ve fired. The original sights suck, but I replaced those with like a 20 dollar red dot. Never needs cleaned, super accurate, easy to fire and load, and durable.

  4. John Vargas on November 22, 2021 at 8:41 pm

Beretta rep needs to retire. He sucks

  5. Walter Diaz on November 22, 2021 at 8:41 pm

lol the scar 20s isn’t even very accurate for a 4k$ rifle I wouldn’t even call it a precision rifle lol more like just a battle rifle

My python story, at a young age my friends and I in the early 70s had several pythons, 6 inch 4 inch , we bought them from older friends for 200 or 250 . traded and sold many of them before all the gun laws kicked in, but i Remember prices in the 399 range for years, shot very smooth compared to smith . I had the first colt commander model also , parents didnt care, we shot and hunted at young ages and even took shotguns to school in the 70s for hunting after school. nobody ever cared. the good days.

  16. Batcat Kitty on November 22, 2021 at 8:55 pm

Definitely want to see the Beretta 92X Performance offered as a giveaway! Also the FN Scar SC!

  24. tired2sleep on November 22, 2021 at 9:01 pm

Wow this was the kind of video I was looking all over for. Some statements from the Pioneer Arms manufacturer explaining their past. I was very curious about the manufacturing process as well because I couldnt find any anecdotes of failure with these new gen hellpups despite being cast iron – i knew something was different about them. And they go over it in the video – they mix in nickel and carbon alloys into the casting process and they have an xray machine to check for internal cracks. They seem to understand the mechanical properties of cast iron well and applied an engineering process to maximize the quality control of these parts. Wish this info was included in the hellpup review video

lived in so cal in the early 70s.couldnt afford the python so i had a 6in sw19 and a 2andhalf mod 19 smith.used to watch two guys from sfo gunexchange shoot at so san fran range with their 6in pythons and put 50 or more in the 25yard pistol target till all the black was gone.took me a couple of years of practice with the sw19s,but eventually i was able to do the same.love all revolvers.in 72,i picked up 2sw29s.one 6and a half, and one 4in.both nickel.beautiful guns.

  27. John Dressler on November 22, 2021 at 9:03 pm

My Python story: My Dad was a sergeant on the police department when I joined at 21 years of age in 1974. My Dad joined the force in 1964. He carried a Colt Python which I still have. When I asked him what weapon I should buy he said a Colt Python like his. At that time a Colt Python was the most expensive revolver money could buy and I made mention of that when he suggested the Python. His reply was: "well, how much money is your life worth?" So I bought the Colt Python for $96.00, a lot of money at the time. But look at the prices of them now right? I carried my Python which served me well through five lethal force gun fights until the police department transitioned away from revolvers to semi auto pistols which in my case became the Glock 22. But I am the proud owner of two Colt Python four inch barrel length revolvers with that butter smooth double action that no other revolver I’ve ever shot can match.

Anyone else bout have a heart attack at 26:45? "Random walkup guy" crammed the butt of that Kalashnikov in his hip, proceeded to rack/visually inspect and then dry fire it? lol…magazine in…muzzle appeared to be at least in the general direction of clints damn head. I dont typically comment on things like this but this is the reason I keep my head on a damn swivel at any gunshow or when im near anyone handling a firearm. He then proceeds to spend the next minute repeatedly flagging clint in the body and face like hes holding his own sex organ out for everyone to see it. The stupidity and general haphazard behavior of some people kill me. Not sure who the guy is but if that worthless little attempt at a sales demonstration he did was an absolute must, he should have removed the magazine, turned in a safe direction and done that. Someone will respond to this comment and crucify me but Ill bet they have never seen a teammate shot in the back, or the back of the head by a teammate doing a damn press check. End rant.

  43. Dave Boling on November 22, 2021 at 9:27 pm

My Python story is that back in the day when you could still get new Pythons, I went out and bought a Ruger Super Redhawk with a 9.75" barrel & Leopold 4xEER scope, in 44 magnum and never looked back…! Of course I already had a match grade Smith & Wesson 686 with a "hair trigger", 8.5" barrel and 4x EER scope in 38/357…! 100 yard shots on a 10" steel disc is an all day even with both guns…!!! How that for a Python story…???

  44. Lucas L on November 22, 2021 at 9:28 pm
