    Excellent! I also like the stock pouch to raise my cheek weld and hold ear plugs/ammo. I also use a Leupold neoprene scope cover that I wrapped with blaze orange duck tape so I can find it if I rip it off and drop it for a shot up here in Alaska. I bought the stock pouch from Midway USA for $20.

    Another recommendation, if you don’t want to use your pack as a rest, a tripod mounted with a PIG Saddle, cheaper version of the HOG Saddle, is a nice choice. A little pricey but nice, can even clamp your spotting scope, so no need to switch heads. Hogsaddle.com if you’re interested. Started by a former Scout Sniper (Marines). About $138~ for the PIG Saddle head and they have tripods for about the same (on the low end).
