As of Oct 2020 Radical still outsources their BCG to Azimuth Tech. I have been trying to get a straight answer on the testing conducted on the BCG. Neither Radical nor Azimuth Tech will answer the question. Radical directs me to Azimuth and Azimuth directs me back to Radical. Buyer beware.
All I see in reviews is how everyone’s bolts are breaking from these guys. It doesn’t matter if Radical Firearms stand by their name when the product they’re putting out is complete shit.. I would bet that your replacement bolt breaks as well lol. They should’ve pulled those bolts from their stock asap knowing that they were failing but they kept on selling people flawed equipment. That’s just shady.
I just bought a rifle from them and I got the wrong clip . I called and they’re going to send me a couple clips which I was happy to hear. but I’ve been sitting on this gun for over a week now and still haven’t shot it. good-looking rifle
they are so ready to replace and easy going about it because they are used to it. there are much better options for the price ranges this is in.
How did you contact them? I’ve tried email and phone contact with no success.
Small problems? Looks like complete junk to me.
I bought a complete rifle from them, and love it. It has been completely reliable. I did have to loctite the screws on the handguard on my rifle and upper(also RF), as they would loosen after several hundred rounds.
Good video. They sent me the new BCG, and it has problems with ejecting the spent brass. I will call them Monday and see what the next step should be. They are very responsive to owners.

Same issue with my rifle they are good to work with but the replacement is already failing as well I will be using a Palmetto BCG next weekend to see how it stacks up I’m being it will work flawlessly it looks to be of better quality but time will tell
My BCG literally split, wish I could upload pics. Maybe I’ll post a video. But it scared the hell out of me while shooting
