Just purchased this gun! Cannot wait to get my hands on it. Hopefully it’s the all around 12 gauge I wanted! Trap, sporting clay, and hunting!

  2. Paul Hopkins on December 6, 2021 at 10:30 pm

The safety kinda turned me off when I handled it at the store, it was really cheap feeling. Other than that it felt really nice

  3. Howard Taylor on December 6, 2021 at 10:31 pm

Hey from a fellow Tar Heel who alsp likes good budget friendly guns.

  4. loski1092 on December 6, 2021 at 10:33 pm

  5. rudolf yakich on December 6, 2021 at 10:34 pm

    WOODCOCK ! I haven’t seen one since 1974. Well I guess it’s because they don’t live here.

Would love to see a 2 year review of the Hatfield SAS some time!

Good info good video quick and not boring and most of all informative

  9. Greatsoutherntrendkill79 on December 6, 2021 at 10:40 pm

    Whatever the case may be.

  10. Boomer Ranger Ron on December 6, 2021 at 10:41 pm

Nice video and good follow up! I’d love to see it dusting some clays, and perhaps a couple of patterning targets. A lot of gun dealers feel that these doubles from Turkey are inferior. I actually tried to purchase a TriStar 20 GA from the Sportsman’s Guide. I had an order placed, and they sent my first payment back! They can’t get any inventory!

  11. ausgunner on December 6, 2021 at 10:42 pm

That’s rust pitting on the barrel, probably edging off the sharp lettering where not fully sealed.
How many cartidges has it seen in that 2 years?

  12. Christian Fritz on December 6, 2021 at 10:44 pm

They probably rollstamped the barrel after coating, it looks as though moisture has gotten under the Cera coat.

  13. Randy Cox on December 6, 2021 at 10:46 pm

Awesome looking shotgun , How many choke tubes come with the gun .Have you shot slugs and buckshot through it.

  14. teamflanneloutdoors on December 6, 2021 at 10:46 pm

Could it possibly be a warranty issue regarding the Cerakote? What is the warranty on that gun?

  15. Michael DelRossi on December 6, 2021 at 10:48 pm

Extractor is what it’s called! A TriStar Setter (Turkish) about the same price Hatfield (Chinese).

  16. Kenneth Kuhl on December 6, 2021 at 10:49 pm

You do a very good job with your reviews. Great details and attitude. Thank you.

  17. Adam Bennett on December 6, 2021 at 10:50 pm

its been 2 years and you still need 2 hands top open it.

  18. James Locklear on December 6, 2021 at 10:51 pm

I got the automatic 28 gauge Hatfield and I love it

  19. Bill Hatcher on December 6, 2021 at 10:52 pm

How are the boars any pitting

  20. Southern Extreme T.V. on December 6, 2021 at 10:52 pm

Y’all need to watch the first video I made on this one!

  21. Carl Love on December 6, 2021 at 10:53 pm

Cerakote is supposed to prevent rust. For yours to have subsurface rust and pitting, means that the manufacturers cerakoted over rusty metal instead of removing the rust first. Very low quality assurance.

    Smell of gunpowder
    Like Coffee in The Morning

  23. Billy on December 6, 2021 at 10:55 pm

I’ve got one of these (branded tristar) and I’ve been shooting it for 5 plus years with thousands of rounds thru it. It’s a phenomenal field shotgun. Points nice and light enough to carry all day.

  24. Forgotten Hillbilly on December 6, 2021 at 10:55 pm

Good video man but i have a question. I just bought one of these in 20 ga for my girlfriend online. I haven’t got the gun yet but i was wondering, do you know what thread pattern the chokes are? Just in case it doesn’t pattern tight enough for what i like i want to be able to find a choke that will so she can turkey hunt with it. I didn’t know if it’s the same as Mossberg, Vector or what. Have you actually shot your 12 at paper with the factory chokes or just hunted and shot clay? Thanks!

    7:30 Laser Engrave?

  26. gnarshread on December 6, 2021 at 10:57 pm

    Whats the balance like?

  27. M Bburg on December 6, 2021 at 10:57 pm

Excellent update video. Based on your original review. I went looking for this model. Due to your review it was sold out everywhere I looked. Was able to pickup an ATI Cavalry 12 SVE and it looks amazing and was an exceptional value. This is my second purchase based on your reviews. Only problem im having so far is my wife started counting boxes!!!!

  28. Steve the Dude on December 6, 2021 at 11:03 pm

It’s a tacky POS please don’t fowl you crap with this more crap. They make razors to shave that crap off your face in case you didn’t know.

  29. Matt Davis on December 6, 2021 at 11:03 pm

That cerakote reacts to the padding in some gun cases, I’ve had it happen. Just certain hard cases and I’m not sure why.

  30. Colten Ewy on December 6, 2021 at 11:05 pm

Would love to see an update on the hatfield semi auto

  31. დროის კარგვა on December 6, 2021 at 11:06 pm

This is basically 1000$ gun sold for 300$ because its made oversees.

  32. Jerome Schrenker on December 6, 2021 at 11:09 pm

I purchase this gun. After getting it home I examined it close. Put a flashlight to the barrels and found a lot of rust between them. I then tried to removed the chokes. I have not been able to get it done as of yet. Will sell this gun as soon as possible. When it come s to fire arms you generally get what you pay for.

  33. trey orr on December 6, 2021 at 11:11 pm

I got this gun.Biugbt at local pawn shop.It looked brand new and unfired.Probably had been but not much.I gave $159.00.
I Googled it.Id never heard of HATFIELD Guns. But it was so nice and so cheep I couldn’t resist. I went to shoot Trapp and Skeet yesterday and it functions flawlessly after 2 years of pretty rough treatment.
    Good Video.Thanks.
I am looking to buy a lighter over and under. My 12ga Browning Citori is also heavier than I like.
I alwayswanted a Ruger Red Label 20 ga but when then 1st came out they were expensive and had issues.
I may look into a Beretta. If anyone has tips let me know.

  34. Jake Gilles on December 6, 2021 at 11:12 pm

Thank you for the two year update. You’re first video on this gun was one of the main reasons I actually bought one of these guns. I fell in love with the color. I have had some smallish issues with mine but they have since been fixed and it’s a pleasure to shoot. I can’t thank you enough for the information that pushed me over the edge for this gun. You rock.

  35. ken stirling on December 6, 2021 at 11:14 pm

I’m glad somebody finally did a more long term review on a gun. Someone can’t really speak to a guns reliability without running a lot of rounds through it in varying conditions. 1000 rounds at least. Thanks for being the one person that gets it right.

  36. Caleb Hamlin on December 6, 2021 at 11:22 pm

    How’s the recoil honestly?

  37. Ian Captain on December 6, 2021 at 11:25 pm

That’s awesome! Not only the gun, but I too always wanna see reviews years after the initial investment/purchase.

  38. Carlton Gadgettmann Price on December 6, 2021 at 11:27 pm

After watching your original video awhile back I went and purchased the 410 version of the same shotgun. On the clay range I put 100 rounds through it with only a few misfires. I wouldn’t mine purchasing another one in 20 or 12 gauge when they become available.
