What would yo say is best 300 blackout rifle around $500
Could the maxim pdw brace be switched out for a standard buffer tube and something like an sba4 or a3 attached? Im guessing buffer weight and spring would need to change too? If anyone has done this, could you report back? Thanks 👍👍
Have you use the Daniel defense 32 round mags for your 300 blackout and if so were there any issues
What supersonic ammo has anybody found that has the most accuracy through this gun? Given the shortage im looking to buy some in relative bulk and want to know what you all have tried. Someday I might suppress it so subs would be good to know too.
Very detailed, I like his explanation of the firearm and the use of multiple rounds and effectiveness of the weight of the rounds. Thank you for field stripping the weapon as well. This will be my next firearm.
What Streamlight TRL with laser would you recommend with this gun while using a Vortex AMG UH-1 Gen II? I assume you would want the light mounted at 12 o’clock so size is critical so it doesn’t interfere with the optic.

Mr. Guns, was it challenging to remove the Muzzle/compensator on your PDW? I am working on making some changes and adding a suppressor but, the muzzle feels like it’s about welded on there! Thanks

Is this as reliable as the DDM4V7P in your opinion. Have no experience with 300 blackout and would think the 556 version of the DDM4V7P and 10.3 would better suit me. Can’t decide, any info or opinions would be appreciated. Keep the awesome work. Thanks

I had my 300 Blackout DD pistol (10.5 inch barrel with EOtech 1X) at the range a few days ago and off a bench with my hands as the only support I would guess I put a 3 shot 3 inch group in the head of the IPSC target at 100m. Of course a 1X at 100M is about the max limit for my eyesight for any kind of real precision. I wonder as times go on ammo manufacturers will better refine their products and consistency/accuracy will improve. DD sure seems to have a very solid product.
I get the same kind of accuracy issues with semi-auto .300 Blackout. But a bolt action Ruger American rifle that I have will shoot sub MOA groups with Remington supersonic.

Speaking as someone who does not own any rifles chambered in 300 Blackout.
First and foremost, are you really going to be expecting to reach out to 300 feet with a 7in barrel? More importantly though, we really really need to move away from this grouping to determine accuracy nonsense. Did you hit the target? Then it’s accurate.
Not real sure how about you, but I don’t go out in the woods planning to mag dump on a deer. When I’m carrying for self-defense, I’m not going to be worried about whether or not my 9mmm can hit the same spot tem times.
Shot grouping is for competition. Keep it in the competitions.
