  2. B3L3TH on October 28, 2021 at 8:30 pm

I’m still new to the gun laws here in california . Is it mandatory to take some sort of course to be able to purchase and own a handgun? If so , is it still mandatory if u brought a hand gun here out of state and or is it required for veterans as well. Thank you for the video

  3. Her9DezFilms on October 28, 2021 at 8:32 pm

Is it mandatory by law to do that form before bringing our guns to California or can we just register it withing the 60 days? Last question, I heard you have to take a test of some sort get a gun in California so if we register our guns, do we have to take a test of some sort as well?

  4. Chris Beckett on October 28, 2021 at 8:33 pm

Thank you! I’ve been looking around the CA DOJ website for weeks and haven’t been able to get the straight answers you just shared here. Much appreciated!

Question, I have a hunting license but do not own a hunting rifle but I do know how to use one, can a relative, like son let me use one of his rifle on a hunting trip knowing that i do not have a license to carry a hunting rifle? Your reply is most welcome, Thank you.

  7. Bradly Maddalena on October 28, 2021 at 8:37 pm

I am moving to California from New York and I have my ccw do I have to redo everything in Cali or just transfer it

  8. Kelby Singhaus on October 28, 2021 at 8:37 pm

If I own a gun and I’m moving to California travelling via flying with it legally in a checked bag (unloaded, hard case, etc) is it considered unlawful conceal carry from the baggage claim to my car/house? I don’t want to get in trouble.
Then the next steps would be registering the handgun in CA within the 60 day time frame?

  9. Edisin Medicine on October 28, 2021 at 8:40 pm

But yet egotistical officers of the law can purchase any type of firearm smh…foh with that stupid shit

What if a California resident is in a free state and is “paid” for work they do in this state in the form of a handgun, that happens to be off roster. Can that resident legally accept the gun and bring it back to california and register it in their name?

  19. sergio miranda on October 28, 2021 at 8:51 pm

  27. Brody Martinez on October 28, 2021 at 8:59 pm

  28. FIGNAS83 on October 28, 2021 at 8:59 pm

    Simple, Don’t 🤣

  29. shiftd _1 on October 28, 2021 at 9:00 pm

The problem with the sixty days to register thing is "how did you bring them into the state" illegally?, lol. You have to have a ffl in your state ship your firearms to a ffl in Cali , you can not drive across state lines with them unregistered …So I do not understand why they have a form or sixty day thing when they have to be sent from an ffl to ffl…Can you explain that , because it just seems self incriminating … great vids by the way! thanx

  30. David Nunes on October 28, 2021 at 9:02 pm

  37. Sung Choe on October 28, 2021 at 9:10 pm

Reno I’m moving to California from Indiana. However, I own an AR pistol (Springrield Saint Victor). Would I be able to move here with it? If so do I have to modify it for a fixed mag!??? I mean would an AR pistol count as an off roster handgun? What are my options please help.

I need to fly into Oakland from Montana, to then drive back. I realize my CCW has no CA reciprocity but is there any hope of flying with my G-43 in a locked case without CA confiscating it?

  45. Classic Car Chaser on October 28, 2021 at 9:15 pm
