Mossbergs are great, but they’re more complex than many semiauto rifles once you take them apart

The 14” 590a1 is my all time favorite shotgun. I’d take it over any shotgun made. I have 2 of them. One with ghost rings (night sight up front) and one with a bead (XS Big Dot night sight). I just bought a Shockwave and love it too. Good video.

That’s a nifty little street howitzer. With it being a Mossberg, you can increase its capacity by ordering an "OPSol Adapter" and loading it up with the mini shells. I shoot them all the time. They pack a punch, and you can get 00 bucks and slugs. Without the adapter they often fail to cycle – they’ll flip backwards. That’s why they don’t work for 870’s.

Big Daddy…you shure know how to pick um. thats a badass all round Defense gun. home ,truck or range fun. I considered a sbs…i just didnt wana dish out the $$$ lol I went with a Mossy Maverick 88 18.5" with a Shockwave duckhead grip, and a bolt on plus 7 side saddle. Total length 31" but still moveable in confined area i.e a car. 4" longer than a sbs but I can always install the AR retactable stock I have for it. Pump is the way to go imo there alot of fun and any house really should have a shoty esp since you can buy a new one for 159$ on holidays 189$ any other day.
