  5. danny jenkins on December 1, 2021 at 10:35 pm

Wanna be able to use the ghost ring sights, somtimes it’s a 10 yard shot somtimes it 60-100 yards with a clean opening any recommendations?

  6. TheCOWBOYRANCHER on December 1, 2021 at 10:36 pm

I am glad I bought it 2 years ago for $1,000. Right now they are sold out everywhere and they are going for nearly 3k on gunbroker.

  7. Herbert Glass on December 1, 2021 at 10:37 pm

Hello what size scope rings do you have on your rifle? Im going hunting soon and im not sure what scope rings I should get for my scope. It would really help me if you responded.

  8. danny jenkins on December 1, 2021 at 10:38 pm

Upstate New York hunter, wondering how to get a marlin 336c chambered in 3030 but want the pistol grip stock the 4570 usually comes with… is that even possible

  9. Kyle Washburn on December 1, 2021 at 10:38 pm

I’m sure what you are saying about the scope is true, but you also have an inconsistent cheek weld with your scope that far forward. i.e. less accurate.

  10. Ben Kanobe on December 1, 2021 at 10:38 pm

Thanks for all the great videos on this and the bush rifle. Could you de-code the different variants of the Marlin 1895 for those of us that do not know? "Cow Boy" is easy to figure out, but "SBL", "SS", …… are not.

Please give your jurassic world Owen gun

  12. Ed on December 1, 2021 at 10:42 pm

  15. Northern Life on December 1, 2021 at 10:44 pm

  16. Brian Hollenbeck on December 1, 2021 at 10:46 pm

Can you send me all that you have done to this gun and the details of the add on and the action and trigger

  17. powskier on December 1, 2021 at 10:47 pm

Okay, so the scope is for low light. But isn’t there fiber optic front and rear open sights you can get?

  18. Eric Ward on December 1, 2021 at 10:52 pm

Where’s the polish video on the 1895?

  19. Minimalist Outdoors on December 1, 2021 at 10:55 pm

Hi is there a way to extend the tube on a 336 (336 XLR) .. thank you so much for your content !

  21. MDR6531 on December 1, 2021 at 10:57 pm

Sweet rig. I am a huge fan of the 45-70. A lot of guys think it’s overkill, but it’s a really versatile round.

  22. Troy H. on December 1, 2021 at 10:58 pm

Not hunting past 50 yards means the iron sights are more than enough.

  23. Zach Moore on December 1, 2021 at 11:03 pm

Did you ever end up posting a video on the action clean up? I’m looking at picking one up as an upgrade for hunting up here. Let me know bub

  24. Kim Yohan Estur on December 1, 2021 at 11:06 pm

hey fun fact the marlin is rated to kill a t-rex

  25. Maxime Élémond on December 1, 2021 at 11:06 pm

Your opinion on a kill at 200m for moose ? Doe’s they fall immediately

  26. Kevin Rollman on December 1, 2021 at 11:07 pm

The best way to smooth the action is to just use the rifle. If you have tough hands the sharp edges won’t bother you.

  27. Ben Kanobe on December 1, 2021 at 11:07 pm

    What is "scope shadow"?

  28. yunas saxer on December 1, 2021 at 11:08 pm

I wish , can have one!

  29. Zsolt Németh on December 1, 2021 at 11:08 pm

i have a marlin 45-70 1895 gun and am looking for a scope for it. May I ask, what kind of scope do you use for marlin?

  30. r3ptile on December 1, 2021 at 11:09 pm

The .45-70 rifle was featured in Jurassic World by Chris Pratt. The company website has since rated it to stop a T-Rex 🤣🤣🤣

  31. Big Al on December 1, 2021 at 11:09 pm

Have the 336 xlt marlin 30-30 ss. Changed out the loading gait trigger extension and trigger. It’s super nice and I’ve got a Leopold 2 by 7 power. Zeroed at 100 which is more than I will get a clear shot at where I live in Oklahoma. Lots of small hills, and valleys but mostly thick brush and trees. Most shots are around 50 yds or closer if you have a good spot. I zero at 100 because it’s just a bit off at 50, but not much and just a bit off at 150 but not much. I’d never think about shooting anything with a 30-30 over 100 period. Hogs…..yes. Ha.
My next buy will the the same configuration of Marlin in the 45/70. Curious, why does your barrel look so short?

  32. John Dalton on December 1, 2021 at 11:10 pm

what can the 4570 do that no other caliber can do?

  33. MANDY RIGMA on December 1, 2021 at 11:12 pm

    Im here form Movie logic

  34. pointnshoot1 on December 1, 2021 at 11:13 pm

Beautiful setup there! If you ever have a chance to do a video of what you did to smooth the action, would love to see that!

  35. Mike Mason on December 1, 2021 at 11:15 pm

love your videos and the quality, i’m watching them out of order but very good ty!!!

  36. Todd Reeder on December 1, 2021 at 11:15 pm

Excellent set up brother I love it man! Bought my first Marlin 1895 22 inch recently so far flawless eats everything I throw at it low power to magnum..

  37. Kevin Rollman on December 1, 2021 at 11:16 pm

I have an 1895 CBA Marlin levergun and it is an excellent rifle and all you need are the iron semi buckhorns!! I would never want to bring a rifle with a scope on my lever gun when hunting in the brush!! Too delicate for brush hunting!!

  38. Kevin Rollman on December 1, 2021 at 11:16 pm

Stop the Remlin stuff please!! The lever action does not have to be touched! Just use it and it smooths out by itself!!

  39. I Love You on December 1, 2021 at 11:17 pm

So this is an anti T-Rex rifle.😱

  40. Rick Hooper on December 1, 2021 at 11:17 pm

I know you’ll hate 30 things about my rifle but it works really well for me.

  41. Kiss It now on December 1, 2021 at 11:19 pm

Can’t say I would get the remlin version. Ruger just bought Marlin so hopefully the quality that used to be will be here again
