So, my theory with night sights is simple. If you are in a place where you need the tritium in night sights, then you are in a bad position where you will 99% chance you cannot PID your target. I run a blacked out rear sight, and a fiber optic front sight with TLR1. If it is night time the light will 99% of the time make the tritium in night sights all but useless (too bright to need the glow basically) and something an instructor told me was if you are within 10 feet ish of your target, just put the hot spot of the light on the target and hammer away. Tested the statement and pretty effective. Just my .02 cents
