Love the ugly duckling of firearms. Warranty is for the gun(lifetime). Have a C9, want the new yc9(yeet cannon)because fixed barrel is king!

  2. Genetic error on November 10, 2021 at 10:28 pm

It looks like something robocop would’ve used

  3. Steve Stiles on November 10, 2021 at 10:29 pm

Don’t know why this was recommended to me today, but, I have this gun. I shoot it often. I like it a lot!

  4. Jalen Walker on November 10, 2021 at 10:30 pm

I wish they still made the Jennings J-22.

  5. Tim p on November 10, 2021 at 10:31 pm

I’m sold, will be looking for one now.

    Stinky

  7. Nigel Cromwell on November 10, 2021 at 10:33 pm

The thing I like best about a hi point is that I don’t own one…

  8. Ricky Poolaw on November 10, 2021 at 10:33 pm

If someone says its ugly and crap just say i bet you wont stand in front of it though

  9. Todd Town School House on November 10, 2021 at 10:37 pm

Just purchased, I want the bottom red lazor, the round sight, and my gun cleaned. What would my cost be if sent to Hi Point?

  10. robert palfy on November 10, 2021 at 10:37 pm

hi point warranty’s for life even if your the 100th owner

  11. lucian kristov on November 10, 2021 at 10:37 pm

I think it looks good. Would be awesome if hi point made it a 9mm . Probably have 10rds plus 1 would have made it more appealing. I run a walther p99 for my carry gun but i honestly have nothing bad to say about hi point. They run just as reliable as my walther .good guns

  12. Scott Gould on November 10, 2021 at 10:38 pm

Love my hi point 45 ☺. I am blessed to be able to have made high 6 digits a year for 34 years. Its fun to see the Glocktards faces when i score better than they do at the range lol. Well over 1000 rounds and 0 problems. ☺

  13. Al Kholos on November 10, 2021 at 10:39 pm

What’s that little yellow flap thing?

  14. Mr Static101 on November 10, 2021 at 10:41 pm

I have the high point 9mm carbine. Never jammed, shoots straight, looks goofy but it was cheap and it’s fun. Who cares what people think.

  15. The Servivalist network on November 10, 2021 at 10:42 pm

My hi point 40 is my daily carrier. I couldn’t ask for a better beater gun to have I’m my truck or strapped to my side. For the price, you can’t beat any hi-point pistol or carbine. They are just so fun to shoot. I found mine at my local pawn shop for $130.00 and that included my holster.

  16. Jason Wesley Thornton on November 10, 2021 at 10:43 pm

Haters gonna hate. Just tell em that it will still have the same “stopping power” as an actual 40 cal S&W.

  17. Nigel Cromwell on November 10, 2021 at 10:46 pm

There’s no reason to buy a hi point unless you, nevermind, there’s absolutely no reason whatsoever

  18. Justin Anger on November 10, 2021 at 10:49 pm

Coworker is offering me his for 100. Should I do it? Im saving up for a new rifle or carbine but im thinking of delaying that another week for this

  19. WhereTheWildMemesAre on November 10, 2021 at 10:50 pm

Very long video and you didn’t even shoot it. Where’s the proof besides word of mouth. Lol

  20. David Summerall on November 10, 2021 at 10:50 pm

I like mine because it’s heavy I can hold the target better if that makes any sense

  21. Mike Tobias on November 10, 2021 at 10:50 pm

A friend has one… I just put it together. Even he regrets buying this pistol. Its a poor mans pistol that doesnt want to go to big. A couple dollars more and you could find a Taurus or a low end Canik. So many vids with this horrible pistol and the way its always jammed and the rail doesnt lock back. LOL its not reliable. Maybe to knock someone out with… gun jams and you can throw it.

  22. x.adam1 . . . on November 10, 2021 at 10:50 pm

If you can disassemble a Hi Point I believe that you can put that on your work resume in the list of credentials or notable achievements section. It’s also a bonus if you’re applying for an engineering, mechanical, or other such job.

  23. Terry Sawyers on November 10, 2021 at 10:51 pm

If you want a good gun to just get out and shoot it’s a great deal

  24. Casey Ward on November 10, 2021 at 10:52 pm

They look like they would be intimidating a home intruder as long as mine doesn’t jam

  25. Jdubz gaming on November 10, 2021 at 10:52 pm

One of the most reliable I have put thousands of rounds thru one and never failed me

  26. The Servivalist network on November 10, 2021 at 10:54 pm

Personally the high point 40 is one of the best cheapest guns out on the market I have on several and to date I do own my fourth variation of the high point 40 and I wouldn’t have it any other way I love the high point brand because it’s lifetime warranty if anything happens to the gun you ship it up to Ohio and you pay for the shipping of machine parts through UPS or FedEx the mother company high point will fix any malfunction parts they’ll go through your gun fairly and replace any Warren parts that they see and to reimburse you the 15 maybe $20 shipping fee they will send you a brand new magazine is reimbursement for shipping your gun to them for them to fix.

  27. Ivanhoe ivandoe Ivanoff hoofs on November 10, 2021 at 10:57 pm

I was not a fan of hi point until I saw the 40s&w one. I fell in love with it

  28. Charles Graham on November 10, 2021 at 10:57 pm

I have a hi point 380 just bought 40 cal today four 200. Looking foward to going to the range

  29. Anubis Smite on November 10, 2021 at 10:57 pm

I like the way they look, does anyone know how to get rid of the plastic extension on the bottom of the magazine ? It makes the grip too long but other then that I like them. I found these with a strait grip and It looks great.

  30. Micheal Brown on November 10, 2021 at 10:58 pm

I love hi point i have 2 pistols an a rifle an they work better then my sw mp 40c at times

  31. Jackson Songer on November 10, 2021 at 10:59 pm

Perfect farm carry. Don’t care if it gets scuffed and banged up and full of dirt. And they’ll run no matter what

  32. Ben on November 10, 2021 at 11:00 pm

If it jams and you can’t get it to work, just throw it at the bad guy.

  33. Christopher Beckner on November 10, 2021 at 11:04 pm

I got the jcp model,my 2nd one. Love it….AMERICAN MADE!!

  34. dragnridr05 on November 10, 2021 at 11:05 pm

I have plans on upgrading my .22lr Firefly to the Hi Point JCP .40S&W pistol and also getting the Hi Point 4095 Carbine so I won’t have to worry about multitude of different ammos. Plus the hi Points pistols and Carbines share mags so you only need to buy one type of magazines as well.

Plus the transferrable lifetime warranty on the Hi Points are only matched by Henry Rifles.

  35. Thomas Maven on November 10, 2021 at 11:05 pm

I got one heavy as hell. U can bet somebody to death

  36. Stafford Venema on November 10, 2021 at 11:08 pm

I’ve heard something about them being dangerous that’s my only calm with them is that they are unsafe from what I’ve been told. I’ve been told that there is an issue with the firing pin something to do with the extractor and the firing pin causing the gun to discharge when you have a stoppage problem and pull back the slide with rounds in the magazine

  37. Vernon Dille on November 10, 2021 at 11:09 pm

I own 2 Hi Points. This 40 and a 10mm carbine.. They are both very reliable and accurate

  38. Good Ol Boy #76 on November 10, 2021 at 11:10 pm

Any one all over the world do want your Hi-Point if you dont like them send them to me and I will give them a great home because I love them. Their 100% american made and life time warrenty. You will not get that with most of the high dollar fancy guns. I like all kinds of gun but I prefer to stick with American made 1000% of the time.

  39. Ronnie Zepher on November 10, 2021 at 11:11 pm

I like mine because of the price and stop abilities. It will do the trick. (If you keep it clean and oiled

  40. Terminator on November 10, 2021 at 11:11 pm

Is a work horse 🐴 , l like it. Make the work.

  41. Clay Chandler on November 10, 2021 at 11:11 pm

That’s a damn good gun I carry mine with me no matter where I go

  42. Lori Zeller on November 10, 2021 at 11:12 pm

I have this gun bought it years ago. It is my favorite and i shot on point with it. I will never sell this gun.

  43. Richard Larson on November 10, 2021 at 11:13 pm

It’s heavy, it’s stable, it shoots straight…enough said

  44. Mick Don on November 10, 2021 at 11:13 pm

My best friend just explain to me not quite so long how he got his pistol yesterday from a man called immaglockdealer on wickr just ship to my friend door step yesterday and I’m so happy to deal with him also

  45. Jon S on November 10, 2021 at 11:13 pm

I just got one, it was a free gift. Very heavy, but yeah, no thrills, .40 cal. It’ll serve it’s purpose. Home defense. Have shotgun backup. 😉

  46. Alberto Suarez on November 10, 2021 at 11:15 pm

When it couldn’t afford anything else I bought one of these and I have to say not one jam in over 500 rounds
Im not getting rid of it even after I’ve added some other
"Quality guns" its a great gun.

  47. meatpuppet on November 10, 2021 at 11:16 pm

Yeah it’s an ugly gun but honestly I think Glocks are kinda ugly too (i know *gasp*). Glock designs look like a first draft of a finished gun design in my opinion that’s why I got a shield. This hi-point would be good to keep in a nightstand as a last resort but I sure as hell wouldn’t be showing this off to my friends. Almost like this is the Casio f-91w of guns lol no need to hate on it.

  48. Keith Jordan on November 10, 2021 at 11:17 pm

I LOVE my .40 hi point all the way. I’ve shot many other guns both semi auto and revolvers and I stuck with my hi point every day. Very reliable and I love the weight of it. Who cares what it looks like when a gun is in someone’s face who is threatening your family? I carry mine everywhere I go and love the shoot at the range and the balance.

  49. LaMont Green on November 10, 2021 at 11:18 pm

Inexpensive, reliable is all I care about.

  50. M W on November 10, 2021 at 11:21 pm

I have one, that never leaves the home. For that purpose an absolutely great gun. Weight and bulkiness don’t matter, reliability does. And here, this gun does perform. 👍👍👍for Hi-Point!
