I just bought a FNX-45
Honestly liked the Glock better when I handled them.
FN hands down
I’m glad there’s no front serrations on the G19X they are corny. I like having custom front serrations cut when I’m having the slide milled out. Also its easier to custom the G19X so many after market options.
easy to get parts or repairs for FN ?
Would have liked to have seen a difference in barrel accuracy with different factory defense ammo, that would have made up my mind in picking between these two pistols.

It just makes sense to get the 509… comes with the red dot mounting, threaded barrel, suppressor sights.. all things you’d have to pay extra for on a Glock. Love my glocks but the 509 wins it all the way.

An update on the regular 509: the regular 509 now comes with the threaded barrel, suppressor sights, and the red dot mounting rail. I chose my regular 509 over the G43X. It was such a hard choice to make though!
As a 19x owner, I love the gun and will never sell it, but the 509 tactical is superior in everyday (and pricier too)

509… hands down…. features, looks, serrations on slide, grip texture, mag capacity, optic ready, is like comparing, for example a toyota corrola with a toyota camry 🤷♂️ the both do the job but the camry will be the better choice.
After two months of research and firing a store for gun I found on called *glockword* they are on wickr there really good

I own the 19x and the 509 non tactical. I love both. My buddy got the tactical version and I like it also. But the Glock is where I’m going

I feel like there wasn’t any point comparing these two, such a big price difference even nowadays. If your paying almost $900 for a gun after taxes the only real comparison is gonna be other guns in that price point……except the Canik Tp9 Elite Combat apparently, your video on that video was awesome and now the Tp9 Elite Combat haunts my dreams

Fn all the way. You don’t get any of the “tactical” features with glock. All you get is an FDE color and a longer pistol grip with lanyard hole 😒
‘The Glock trigger out of the box, was fantastic ‘… oh please 🤦♂️ The FN has features it of the box which will cost extra with the Glock.

The 509T is GTG, I have one that’s a bedstand gun; 24 rd. mag and Surefire 300.
I just picked up the 509 Tactical today. I have the Glock 19x as well, it serves as my bedside blaster. I can’t wait to get the 509 to the range. 😀

I bleed Glock hands down / but I’m all in with my 509 tactical
Both are great, I have own both Glocks and FNs. The hinged triggers on the FN striker fired pistols is a deal killer for me. Dont like them and I dont put aftermarket triggers on pistols I need to trust my life with.

I have the 509 black it was a promotional deal with 3 mags by mail. 509 tactical seems a little on the pricy side but still want one glock is cheaper can’t decide which one

I have the 19x and love it but the 509 is so smooth. I never even really thought about the FN till I shot my buddys and loved every round
I love my 509 but for the price I feel like the quality of the gun should be a lot better after just 200 rounds or so staring to see a lot of color fading on the barrel. But have put 1000s of rounds of ammo through 19 and 19x and doesn’t wear nearly as bad. So for price and quality I’m going to go with my 19x
My buddy says the glock is better I think the FN is better In my opinion he says the glock looks better I think the 509 looks way better
