i love the way he handles this. he could totally say shit about how it isn’t relastic so it isn’t good like many csgo players do, but he knows that GAME BALANCE SHOULD NOT BE BASED ON HOW REAL IT IS
to be fair, as an south african, the mag 7 is used by security teams inside buildings, especially fitted to cash in transit teams, especially the military teams like the recces even some convoy security teams
is anyone esle confused how he got all those guns into that library??
Errors/glaring oversights:
1) Beretta 92: No comment of it being depicted as DAO. That’s not what the G model is; it means the lever on the slide acts as a decocker only, rather than a decocker and a manual safety as in the more common F model.
2) MAG-7: Suggesting that a SBS with no stock could not be fired accurately with what I presume is 00 buck shot at less than ~30 yards shows this expert has no practical experience shooting these guns because that is completely achievable. Also stating that shotguns don’t really lend themselves to military or police adoption is just flat out wrong; see the benelli M4, mossberg 590A1, and your local precinct probably has a remington 870 or mossberg 500/590 of some flavor in each police cruiser.
3) M4: No comment on the MASSIVE shoulder-busting recoil the player model experiences when in reality the 5.56 NATO round is incredibly soft shooting and produces almost no felt or visible recoil when handled properly.
4) AK-47: Lots of problems with this one. First, calling it an "assault rifle" which is a nonsensical political term and has no real definition that makes any sense to anyone who knows anything about firearms. Second, no comment on how the animation loads the magazine straight up from the bottom rather than tilting it in from the front as is necessary due to the AK-47’s magazine catch geometry especially when compared to the AR-15 platform. Third, saying the side rail is for "night sights" when it’s actually for optics and scopes. A night sight is used to describe traditional iron/fixed sights that have either luminescent paint or radioactive tritium vial(s) inserted so that they are illuminated in darkness.

I don’t understand why they haven’t got this guy to react to the guns in a genuine combat sim like ARMA. They get him to react to Timesplitters ffs, but not to the games that have the most realistic depictions of gun combat anywhere in videogaming, it seems like a waste because I’d love to know how accurate they _really_ are.
