Shoot the weapon!
Interesting, and can take both cartridges, so as versatile as the revolver is.
I love the coonan 357 Magnum I would love to see it in 44 Magnum or 50 caliber the old style 1911 is beautiful
I love how smooth and seamless it looks
I have this thing for
357. Magnums.
I have Smith&Westons, Colts Python, Ruger 8 shot revolver.
This 1911 style 357. Caught my attention.
It’s kind of expensive,
$800.00 for a 1911 ?
I want to try one first.
The fact that it will fire
38. Specials and 357. Mags make it versatile.
I have a 1911 from
Rock island, double stack 45.s. 6 inch, black coated.
It’s shoots nice, but I think the 357.mag will shoot more smoothly.
I have to find a dealer.
Stay tuned;
capacity?
.357 magnum Coonan with a .357 wheel gun, is why you don’t have a. 357 Sig.
It’s a badass gun ugly as hell though
wouldn’t rim lock be a big problem
I
Luv
This
Gun
This is great
Man that is rad. I ditched my 1911 in favor of a 357 mag 627. Looks like I can have both with the Coonan.
prettiest 1911 pistol i’ve ever seen, love the grip and the way the slide is just bland, and is long.
I just bought the b model couldn’t be happier with it
*Freaking cool!* B-)
*Love* learning about new weapon systems that i never heard of before. Would have loved to see some accuracy comparisons between this and other powerful calibers.
For example: i have heard that the .357 Auto and .38 Super calibers are typically more accurate than Magnum cartridges.
*Keep educating the Free Republic!*
Back in the 80s, Winchester introduced the 9mm Win. Mag. It was an attempt to provide .357 style ballistics in a rimless case, that would feed more reliably in a semi-auto. I don’t recall ever seeing a handgun made for it. They also introduced the .45 Win. Mag. at the same time. It provided .44 Mag. ballistics in a rimless case. I saw a "Grizzly" pistol for it, which was pretty much a copy of the Colt Gov’t model. It came with a conversion kit that enabled it to also fire .45 ACP.
Just picked one up. Super nice. The compact may be in my future
What does this need to shoot 38 special?
Can you use 38s 158 gr in it?
