Is it true USCCA will make you reimburse legal fees if you are convicted or acquitted?

  2. frank frank on October 29, 2021 at 7:12 pm

You can start by realizing the jury and judge are gonna see your gun. All their grandfathers had a snubby to protect grandmother, jurors understand that. They think you are an agressive rambo if your carry gun is a cannon, laser sights, extended mag, trigger job, speed holster, zombi ammo, etc.

Are these only for concealed carry ? Do u recommend for home defense?

  6. Brandon Patterson on October 29, 2021 at 7:17 pm

Uscca isn’t good cause if you lose your case they can come after you to recover their loses

  7. Larry Landen on October 29, 2021 at 7:17 pm

I strongly encourage comparison, and beware the hidden details: Biggest deal-breakers for me would be when the coverage for criminal defense is not high enough, or when it’s a reimbursement plan, or has caveats of needing to repay them if the defendant accepts a plea or is convicted. Next deal-breaker would be the company not honoring their promise to help. CCW Safe has no criminal defense limit. The civil defense won’t matter near as much as the criminal; and some states give immunity to civil if the defendant wins the criminal case. So criminal defense is far more important, and USCCA is not near high enough. True that some crimes happen by people known to the person, but in today’s age of censorship, rioting, looting and the division (which we’re seeing begin in America) it would not surprise me if strangers assault victims nor would it surprise to learn of crimes of opportunity. USCCA has a clause in the contract that if the defendant accepts a plea or is convicted they may then seek to be repaid for every dollar they spent. Other worse companies (not compared here) will only pay after the defendant is found not guilty, which is like sending the army after you win the war: resources not available when I need them. Also, USCCA currently has a lawsuit against them for not paying out the benefits to one of their active platinum members, and they won’t comment when asked. If they were going to deny any case on a whim then they need to state as much up front in the contract. I personally like CCW Safe and Armed Citizens’ Legal Defense Network the most. The caveat to ACLDN is that they may deny the case, but they are superbly qualified to review the case based on the members of their team including Massad Ayoob, John Farnam, Dennis Tueller, and others.

  8. Knut Baardsen on October 29, 2021 at 7:18 pm

But uscca is an insurance company policy and if you are found guilty you owe all moneys back.

  9. vincent Liguori on October 29, 2021 at 7:19 pm

For those of you that chose USCCA, what level did you get?

  10. Militant on October 29, 2021 at 7:19 pm

Where are the legal proofs that these companies work? What are the court cases? I believe CCWSafe is the only one that has that?

  11. SamuraiAtlas TSM on October 29, 2021 at 7:19 pm

USCCA sounds really good to me can you maybe do a video on there highest plan ? These riots are getting out of hand so I hope it don’t go to it but if I ever got to defend myself I rather have the best tbh

  12. PAX SOLA IN MORTE on October 29, 2021 at 7:20 pm

    USCCA hands down.

  13. Mark & Leona - TruNorth on October 29, 2021 at 7:20 pm

Not sure why you would choose USCCA for self-defense insurance. Maybe you can clarify after reading my comment my comment; if you have a self-defense claim with USCCA that goes to court and you lose, you are required to pay back every dollar they spent defending you. That seems like an absolutely horrible policy to me!

  14. Razmo on October 29, 2021 at 7:21 pm

My understanding was that USCCA worked on a reimbursement mechanism. For that reason I used US Law Shield. I understand that they handle the financial part.

  15. Dallas Texas on October 29, 2021 at 7:21 pm

I ultimately chose Texas LawShield due to their unlimited criminal and civil defense i did add 50 states protection and bail and i feel better i only hope I’m just givin them my money and I never have to call them

  16. Cindy Lawrence on October 29, 2021 at 7:22 pm

I don’t want to hear a comparison of cost and STATED services they offer…..
I want to know the ACTUIAL EXPERIENCES
of subscribers who had to discharge a firearm to genuinely defend their lives and then called each of these companies and.. what happened next? How fast and effectively was help rendered? And what happened down the line? How many people were effects prosecuted of their membership and how many subscribers were effectively proceeded against civilly?
Also, how well does each organization train their members as to what they say or do in the first 48 hours after they had to take a life and how flawlessly to they follow the instruction

  17. MoTheory (MOA) on October 29, 2021 at 7:23 pm

@Ghost Tactical: Nice Vid!👍 CCWSafe & USCCA Doesn’t Cover New Jersey, New York or Washington State…Neither do a lot of other Organizations that are considered "Gun owner Insurance". WHAT IS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THIS IN THESE STATES…SPECIALLY NJ?? THNX!

  23. J L on October 29, 2021 at 7:32 pm

Could you do an updated version… a lot has changed since 2018 = )

  24. Paper Scraps on October 29, 2021 at 7:34 pm

I recently left the NRA after being a member since 2001. Do I need to be an NRA member to get Carry Card?

  25. TheDarkKnight91 on October 29, 2021 at 7:34 pm

I know this video is a little dated but NRA carry guard no longer exist my friend

  26. Cooter Malloy on October 29, 2021 at 7:37 pm

@6:10 you said up to 1 million in civil damages
@6:37 you said they don’t cover civil damages
    So which is it? 🤷‍♂️

  27. ROBERT FINCH on October 29, 2021 at 7:40 pm

THANKYOU FOR YOUR ADVICE MY FRIEND I’M WITH THE NRA AN I’M WAITING FOR MY MEMBERSHIP CARD FROM THEM, I’M ALSO A USCCA PLATINUM MEMBER SO I ENJOYED YOUR VIDEO THANKYOU VERY MUCH FOR THE IMFORMATION ON THESE INSURANCE PLANS FOR CCW

  28. Pierre Williams on October 29, 2021 at 7:41 pm

Do you have info on legal firearm insurance

  29. Jeff W on October 29, 2021 at 7:41 pm

i have uscca and lawshield both for 7 years

  30. aazv23 on October 29, 2021 at 7:43 pm

This info is totally Bias & partially NOT true… I have both USCCA & CCW SAFE….

Regarding USCCA, they are the only ones having a clause in their customer agreement stating that they reserved the right to collect ALL fees spend if the case results in a conviction.

Now, Regarding CCW SAFE they DO have a cheaper (economical) plan…. they also have proven to stand behind their customers being the only company involved in two separate cases with first degree charges, these are the well known Zimmerman caseand the Maddox case. Do to the diligence & competence of their attorneys plus all the resources that they put in the case, like expert witnesses, private investigators, etc , both cases resulted in an acquittal….

  31. Democrat Critic on October 29, 2021 at 7:47 pm

do they really cover you ?

  32. Brian Donnelly on October 29, 2021 at 7:48 pm

Thanks for the info …Semper Fi

  33. Dalton on October 29, 2021 at 7:48 pm

All this information is terribly dated many things have changed . Best to check them out on line, also, none of the companies will cover it’s members in N.J. even if you are only passing through the State, N.J. has passed a law that bans any such insurance, that’s right they actually banned all self defense insurance in the State of N.J. unbelievable but true.

  34. DPS67 on October 29, 2021 at 7:49 pm

They have these type insurance outfits for truckers who get tickets…what a joke. You get a ticket and they find the cheapest, dumbest attorney on the planet to basically plea deal away your rights. Its like peeing on your face and then selling you the towel to wipe it off.

  35. Knut Baardsen on October 29, 2021 at 7:50 pm

Ghost This topic is so confusing! My biggest concern would be bail and no out of pocket costs up front.HELP

  36. Private People on October 29, 2021 at 7:51 pm

    Anything available for commie NY/NYC?

  37. akuiori on October 29, 2021 at 7:54 pm

Im kinda confused around @635 you mention ccw safe doesnt cover civil damages but in the screen it says up to 1 million in civil damages in screen?

  38. Craig Versetti on October 29, 2021 at 7:54 pm

What made you choose USCCA over the others ?

  39. Fred Ziffel on October 29, 2021 at 7:54 pm

I already have concealed carry firearm insurance…
    I call it "Ammo".

  40. truebeliever on October 29, 2021 at 7:57 pm

Any thoughts on using two companies? Would it be possible to use both companies god forbid something happens?

  41. Kane6676 on October 29, 2021 at 7:57 pm

I got some of these companies to respond to me. The only drawback with us law shield is they only have one attorney they use in my state and he’s 3 hours away from where I live. Other than that they are the best in my opinion because you don’t have limits. I did add the bond insurance for extra 2 bucks. USCCA does not tell you that the bond coverage comes out of your criminal defense fund. But they do allow you any attorney you want

  42. Respond Code3 on October 29, 2021 at 7:59 pm

Wouldn’t law shield be the best? At $10 a month and there is no limit for your criminal defense. Uscca I believe at their $50 a month plan only offers 250k for criminal. Everything ive heard its $50k just to get to trial. Then your actual trial will run anywhere from 250-500k

Uscca doesnt seem like enough. Im having a hard time trying to decide who to go with.

  43. Kevin Mulligan on October 29, 2021 at 8:01 pm

CCW safe plans are confusing as hell, just went with USCCA. Simple.

  44. Carlos M. Martinez on October 29, 2021 at 8:01 pm

USCCA is not an insurance company. They hire and contract with liability companies for its members.

  45. M Chiovari on October 29, 2021 at 8:04 pm

Reading the USCCA policy it states that the insurers obligation ends in the event of a conviction arising out of the occurrence. So if the policy holder is found guilty then you had better check with an atty to make sure you are not on the hook for the legal bill. He also states regarding CCW Safe that they don’t cover civil damages but the graphic shows they cover civil damages up to $1,000,000.

  46. Anna Marie Loogman on October 29, 2021 at 8:08 pm

    Thank for the info.

  47. Daniel Hay on October 29, 2021 at 8:08 pm

USCCA quit covering in Washingon state in 2019.

  48. Ryan Smith on October 29, 2021 at 8:08 pm

I have US Law Shield and think they are great. I support all of these companies in that I think offering coverage like this is very important, so whatever people choose, I’m just glad they have some protection if they have to draw their firearm or some other self defense weapon.

  49. Kberry1249 sal on October 29, 2021 at 8:09 pm

Can you do a up date on this

  50. We Run Guns on October 29, 2021 at 8:10 pm

This was very informative thank you, just subbed! Do you continue to have USCCA and do you still think it’s worth it over the other competitors?
