There seems to be many mishaps though out the years of Hollywood movies, Brandon Lee I just brought that up the other day,and even tho it’s not a gun remember Vic morrow and those 2 innocent little ones who died on set of the twilight zone movie look it up!! Jon-Erik Hexum also he was 26 prop gun supposedly shot himself in the head on a cbs series called cover-up.
I am so saddened by all of this. The family who lost their loved one, mom, wife, daughter aunt, friend. Especially her child. I am raising my 3 granddaughters and losing your mother is the hardest hit a child can ever face. My heart also breaks for Alec Baldwins family. He has come such a long way after his drug and alcohol addiction and this is definitely going to be hard to come back from especially during these days. Anyone can say whatever they want and if you get on social media you will see it. I am sure people are going to attack him and blame him but I promise he will have to learn how to deal with the guilt from this for the rest of his life. He has several small children who need him as him for a long time to come. Prayers for all, God bless them all.

For everyone complaining why they use real guns and how it’s unsafe.
Look at John Wick 1, 2, and 3. Plus tons of other movies with real guns on set. No one died, no accidents we know of, nothing.
It’s about hiring competent staff in charge of the firearms and having safety procedures in place. Stop deflecting blame and focus on the actual problem here. Literally thousands of movies with real guns as prop, but all of a sudden, this one is the one that somehow magically sets the precedent when all the info we’re getting is just a goddamn mess of human factors here.

It wasn’t a misfire, (amiss fire is when the round, bullet doesn’t go off), this round definitely went off! At least report it wright!

Interesting how this was an "accident" and appears to have no witnesses. And… all we have are photos of Alec crying. Actors — seasoned ones, at least, like Alec — can cry on que. Baldwin is being given a huge pass that wouldn’t be afforded to an actor that holds different political views.

Not an ‘accident.’ This is negligence! My heart goes out to the victims and their families – as well as the pain Baldwin is going through in dealing with this tragedy. Personally, I do not like Baldwin’s politics, but respect him as a person and as an actor good at his craft. May this be a wake-up call for his salvation.

It does not matter who checked the firearm to be safe the THE ARMORER, STATE POLICE SWAT TEAM MEMBER, OR NAVY SEAL. The person that squeezes the trigger is the only person AT FAULT!!!!
