With this at least you can wear body armor inside and put this vest over it. Looks bulky, but it’ll work- also I have done it for work as armed security. You’ll look like someone from the 80’s though.

I don’t think the molle holster was attached correctly. You have to know what your doing. You attach it like a basket weave.
Is that pad on the right shoulder also reversible?
During Zombie Apocalypse. All they have to do is cut off the water and electricity and let people war against themselves. Once the Civilians have depleted most of their ammo and resources fighting almost themselves for water an food. All the government have to do is step in with Real Trained Soldiers and take over… quite simple really
