  5. Bad Dog Entertainment on November 27, 2021 at 9:05 pm

Not a fan of the front design, looks like it’s out of the 80s

  6. Jason Nghiilwamo on November 27, 2021 at 9:08 pm

Toyota’s worst nightmare has arrived 😈

  7. Peter Watson on November 27, 2021 at 9:08 pm

Just watched a 2023 Ford Ranger review vid on the TFL Youtube channel in the States and they gave you a big wrap. Buddy, you’ve made it!!!!

  8. Reinhard Van Der Merwe on November 27, 2021 at 9:09 pm

And you said nothing about the petrol engine..?

  9. Shiftstart on November 27, 2021 at 9:11 pm

Ford dropped the ball when the released Ranger as a 4 cyl Turbo. All of this, just to save money on Diesel. It’s an insult to add Turbo just to show the strength of a 6 cylinder truck. Owners now have to worry about additional engine component breaking down for repairs for those who plan to keep their trucks long term.

  10. Berend Pilon on November 27, 2021 at 9:11 pm

I was curious to see if it was going to be just a cosmetic- and engine update. But holy shit, Ford have gone to town.

  11. liouy cnny on November 27, 2021 at 9:11 pm

These things with the V6 engine are going to sell insane numbers.

  12. Gen-X-Zeke 8 on November 27, 2021 at 9:12 pm

They got rid of the pointed tip to make it appear more ‘truck-like’ and that is a great idea. The Maverick has a similar look and it reminds me of a late 70’s to early 80’s style, so, old school. For is bring old school back like a MF. *Although a "baby V-8 Godzilla" (3.6) would have been pretty awesome.

  13. Pepper on November 27, 2021 at 9:13 pm

Lots of other car channels for Aussies…….. but damnet Paul you keep pulling me back in haha. I watched your review of this release till the end. Great Video mate. keep it up, This channel is my favorite and most coveted of them all. 💚💚💚

Hey guys! Thanks for watching our video. A few of you have asked so I’ll address it here – what about Everest? Our understanding is it’ll be revealed late this year or early next year. Ranger Raptor will be announced Feb 2022 and the teaser they showed at tonight’s reveal showed a petrol engine. Lastly, we just shot a video walkaround with an actual car, so that will go live shortly (or will be live already by the time you read this).

  15. cqvio doli on November 27, 2021 at 9:17 pm

Looks great. I love the new styling. Do you know when the new Everest will be revealed?

  16. 1lionconqueror on November 27, 2021 at 9:18 pm

The previous Ranger was a great looking wagon. The Ranger Raptor is way better than the F150 Raptor. This new Ranger looks like some American designed piece of shit, falling into the ugliness of the F150 and the Maverick. The interior looks like a brick wall. Toyota will cream the sales from now on. Such a pity. A wasted legacy.

  17. Aleksandra Markovic on November 27, 2021 at 9:20 pm

    WELL THAT WAS FUNNY🔞🔞💦

  18. MrMeToo Haugen on November 27, 2021 at 9:20 pm

The actual mindset 7:37? "You can kit-it-out and then go home" 🙂

  19. David RTD on November 27, 2021 at 9:22 pm

    That interior looks amazing 👏

  20. Scott Allison on November 27, 2021 at 9:22 pm

Terrific review Paul . Very informative and the usual enjoyable delivery. Ute’s aren’t my bag but appreciate people like them.

  21. John All on November 27, 2021 at 9:23 pm

I hope VW have there own engines and not use fords horrid 10 speed..
the ZF 8 speed is a much better gearbox

  22. Johan Kriek on November 27, 2021 at 9:23 pm

    Two things:
    1. Since its sharing its platform and most drivetrain components with the Bronco, is the new Ranger also going to offer a front diff-lock? (Didn’t see anything on the videos) If yes – its going to be an absolute class leader off-road! In not, well, who was soooo dumb and stupid at Ford HQ to "forget" about such feature?
    2. Any sunroof as an option perhaps? (Since some of the competition, and more specific the crappy Chinese utes, have them nowadays…)

Anyway – I can see this would be a game-changer in the pick-up / ute / bakkie market! (I just also hope its much more reliable than the outgoing T6 Ranger – which were prone to break their engines and gearboxes, like it was made in China…)

  23. Brett Tiguan Fan on November 27, 2021 at 9:24 pm

Another great review Paul. Great work !

  24. Hishikushitya Hipetwa on November 27, 2021 at 9:24 pm

Toyota will make a comeback the same way the made the new tundra for the next hilux

  25. mrlafayette1964 on November 27, 2021 at 9:25 pm

wow that front end design is mighty busy.

  26. 張英明 on November 27, 2021 at 9:26 pm

The new face of new ranger is good looking to anyone generation

  27. Skodz Gaming on November 27, 2021 at 9:27 pm

I have never been into ford but these new maverick and ranger are growing on me! (I didn’t like previous ranger design)

  28. Ajwa Lou-Nack on November 27, 2021 at 9:27 pm

Yet another useless pickup with a short tray. When are manufacturer going to deliver a twin cab Ute with an seven or eight foot load bed ?

  29. misolou fout on November 27, 2021 at 9:28 pm

Great video Paul – I am glad the CarExpert team were able to share this information. Very informative – thanks!

  31. Bruce Dragon1000 on November 27, 2021 at 9:31 pm

This truck is a pure BEAST

  32. Andrej Destradi on November 27, 2021 at 9:32 pm

    Big ciaoooo fratello Paul😉✌

  33. Rich Harvey on November 27, 2021 at 9:32 pm

If it’s the same 3.0 diesel used by Land Rover I would avoid like the plague as these have a huge problem of spinning the main bearings leaving you with a £6000 bill for a new engine.

  34. Milan Cruz on November 27, 2021 at 9:33 pm

I’m perfectly able to understand and comunicate with you guys, but your content is really good, you could consider subtitles on other languages as it would increase your reach. Cheers

  35. Aleksandra Markovic on November 27, 2021 at 9:35 pm

    WELL THAT WAS FUNNY🔞🔞💦

  36. Adam Lowe on November 27, 2021 at 9:37 pm

That iPad bolted to the dash is ugly

  37. nicholas wilson on November 27, 2021 at 9:37 pm

because of new engine bay space im gonna but the base XL model and have a 3.5l ecoboost from a raptor swapped in ive wanted a proper sports truck not for off road for a long time but they dont no one offeres a smaller truck with a bigger size engine.

  38. Prodigy Qb on November 27, 2021 at 9:38 pm

If you drive a truck and can’t reverse a trailer or park into a trailer…. Why tf you driving a truck bruh

  39. RA Redesign Automobiles on November 27, 2021 at 9:38 pm

Was a former fan of Ranger, seeing a v6 diesel for only pulling power and teach features for easy control management is a plus

The nightmare here is after many years, there are no more parts produced for old gen instead the dealership will rob parts from another car and transfer it to you without a customer permission and charge you expensively for a used parts. just like what happened to 2012 Focus in Philippines, charged my father’s company with 750k Pesos, same goes to my 2010 Captiva same thing in dealership so I sold it.
They are good for 5 years then dispose unless you willingly pay for expensive price of parts and maintenance. Unlike japanese car companies, even a discontinued car has parts straight from factory.

  40. Steve Franklin on November 27, 2021 at 9:39 pm

No mention if the driver’s seat has a lumbar support.

  41. leokimvideo on November 27, 2021 at 9:41 pm

Dear Ford Australia, to make us all happy just bring the F Trucks here to Oz, Thats all we really want.

  42. Crow T Robot on November 27, 2021 at 9:43 pm

Any word on when they will start taking orders in the USA?

  43. Jean on November 27, 2021 at 9:43 pm

Ranger is the new benchmark for pick-ups leaving competitors in the dark ages

  44. Gabriel Montalvo on November 27, 2021 at 9:44 pm

NOOOOO Where is my 3.2 🙁

  45. MegaScott on November 27, 2021 at 9:46 pm

Radar detector? Perhaps the Radar for the Active Cruise? Two concerns. 1. Is the side step connected to the frame or as in the old Ranger, to the body? 2. On the rear step of the Wildtrak when pulling yourself up using the side of the bed, since this is the weakest part of the bed, how long before big bertha does this and bends the side of the truck?

  46. Nicholas Chen on November 27, 2021 at 9:47 pm

IMO, the interior doesn’t really feel like a heavy duty pick up truck. It’s turning into more like an interior of a sedan. Doesn’t feel rugged as it used to be.

  47. Benjamin Corpus on November 27, 2021 at 9:50 pm

Nice new features, but the face design, in my opinion, was a step backwards. In a word, "ugly", like a midget Raptor – ugh.

  48. Cory K on November 27, 2021 at 9:51 pm

im jealous of the rest of the world when we get it here in NA it will maybe have 2 engine options and an automatic only. give me a dam manual transmission and i would retire my old truck for a new one.

  49. Austin Veneman on November 27, 2021 at 9:51 pm

I still like my 04 ranger because it’s smaller but this looks cleaner than the older/ newer models that have been around.
