EVERY firearm or suppressor made has to be accompanied by an approved BATFE form 1 and engraved with the serial number and location of maneufacture unless you have a licence to produce firearms inwhich are made and sold by your company. Fired by fully opening the case? when the case is open fully the lid is in front of the opening where the round comes out. Then why didn’t it fire when he flipped the top up? And it looks to me as he is pushing down on the top or just hold on to it when it supposedly fired.

Don’t know if you are joking but it is based off of a zip gun from the 70’s or 80’s. The originals fired .22 short, and you could actually still use the lighter because they left most of it intact. I don’t know if this one is able to light the lighter.

This very design of Zippo Lighter .22 weapon was first constructed in 1944 by the OSS and is a very much standard issue to the CIA and friendlies.
One can buy a standard Zippo lighter, the steel block and all the parts and produce one with ease, just put the parts together, no drilling or anything.
But it is not a legal firearm as defined by the NFA 1934 ruling.
Look up "Poor man’s James Bond" for a diagram of this very weapon.

No Tom, I understood, That is not a button on the side and the round does not come out of the chimney.
What happens is when the lighter is opened it’s cocking it and when the lid is pushed down all the way it fires the round out of the side where that little hole is.He says fire it by opening the lid but it’s clear to see at 0.27 that the top is closed and his finger’s on top of it. But that is the concept. Watch it carefully and you’ll see what I’m saying.Though I still think it’s bullshit!
