Whistling diesel, range safety officer of the year

I have a sig ratter in 556/223 and it is definitely something I would shoot anything with from 100 yards in. I use some hot 223 loads and drop pigs all day. It is all about shot placement. I have hit a huge hog in the shoulder with a 308 20in barrel and he ran off and I never found him. Hit one it the head with my rattler and he dropped instantly. Anything works if you know how to utilize it in the scenario it is built for.

Under 8 you are wasting your time….

  4. Makoz28 on October 29, 2021 at 11:04 pm

7.5" 300blk…for 100yds and under (home defense build)
    16" 5.56 for 100 -300yds
    20" 308 for everything else

  5. Matthew Handley on October 29, 2021 at 11:06 pm

When you can get the barrel in a full size hand gun, then you know that’s the limit, not withstanding joker style revolvers, lol

  6. Armed Primates on October 29, 2021 at 11:07 pm

Damn u Clint now I want the 45 carbine pistol

  7. antonw194200 on October 29, 2021 at 11:08 pm

Söön, it’s supposed to be 20” as Gaawd and mr Stoner intendeeed.

  8. Boom Shankar on October 29, 2021 at 11:09 pm

Can someone please tell me where to get a mlok flag like he has at 1:12. I’ve been looking and cannot find anything like what he has on his rifle

  9. MotoMile Adventures on October 29, 2021 at 11:09 pm

What kind of hand guard are you running on the first rifle you shot in this video? I have a fixed front sight on my AR and that extra hand guard section looks great

  10. Aaron Syrmopoulos on October 29, 2021 at 11:11 pm

We’re not even going to talk about the Rock River Arms RUK-15 5.56mm 4.5"???

  11. Austin Sellers on October 29, 2021 at 11:12 pm

Hey Clint, did you ever decide to give that 4.5 copperhead away? If not, I’d be honored to adopt and give him a lovely home. Promise i’ll feed him 3 mags a day! : )

  12. tseawell90 on October 29, 2021 at 11:12 pm

I have a really short 7.62×39 pistol that destroys muzzle brakes. I think the burning power outside the barrel literally cuts though the metal. Anyone have a suggestion on how to prevent this?

  13. Ricky Echeverria on October 29, 2021 at 11:13 pm

What is the holster for the FNX45T???

  14. Jon Morrison on October 29, 2021 at 11:14 pm

My 7.5” barrel ar is pretty badass

  15. DSW22 on October 29, 2021 at 11:14 pm

Anything shorter than 11.5 inches is when 556 is worthless. The beauty of SNG’s vs carbine assault rifles is that SMG’s arent concussive, loud or firework machines.

  16. Jacob G on October 29, 2021 at 11:18 pm

Great vid. Thanks for the break down

  17. Gorgon Wiesel on October 29, 2021 at 11:19 pm

    Is he from dudeperfect

  18. Edward Lance on October 29, 2021 at 11:20 pm

Shorter barrels are cool and good, but you really need the right cartridge to go with it. A pistol length 5.56 makes no sense. Loud, blasty, big fireball, but poor performance, loss of velocity, small caliber, etc. But, some people just don’t care and think loud and blasty is a "feature", lol.

  19. Bsaint on October 29, 2021 at 11:20 pm

No talk about the maxim defense pdx… wtf

  20. Paul Hughes on October 29, 2021 at 11:23 pm

I’m down sizing my 300 BLK Out from a 10.5 to a 8, strictly for home defense.

  21. Grimson Official on October 29, 2021 at 11:23 pm

love the trigger auto for conflicts in big places with big wide tank runs

  22. Abdi Hassan on October 29, 2021 at 11:23 pm

So would this be considered a pistol ? What’s the smallest barrel I can get and it still be considered a rifle

  23. Bill23799 on October 29, 2021 at 11:24 pm

You know you are OLD when you consider the standard
barrel length for an AR-15 to be 20 inches.

  24. J Wat on October 29, 2021 at 11:25 pm

I was looking for the 5 1/2" ar pistol. I’d like to see a comparison on bullet speed lost, accuracy lost and so on.

  25. Mike H on October 29, 2021 at 11:27 pm

Did you put a pdx in the thumbnail and not feature it? May have missed it

  26. Braxton Taylor on October 29, 2021 at 11:28 pm

7.5 556 is dumb yes but for range fun its great

  27. Ant J on October 29, 2021 at 11:28 pm

Perfect video this is just what I needed thank you💯👌🏾

  28. APlaceHolder BPlaceHolder on October 29, 2021 at 11:29 pm

When ATF shoot your dogs and knocks down your door.

  29. Brian Green on October 29, 2021 at 11:31 pm

I stayed with minimum of 16” for my 5.56 or 308 rifles & own a 7” & 10.3” 300 Blackout. Just made the most since to me to go with 300 Blackout for anything less than 10.5 for best effectiveness. That is just my setup preferences.

  30. Gary Poborsky on October 29, 2021 at 11:32 pm

    a great giveaway

  31. SkepticalMillenial on October 29, 2021 at 11:33 pm

i bought a 5.56 7.5" ar. can confirm the thing is concusive af. not fun to shoot.

    pray for me yall

  34. Alex Mitchum on October 29, 2021 at 11:35 pm

have a 7.5 ati omni ar pistol that shoots 556/223 and was wanting to put a longer barrel on it for home defense. how hard would it be.

  35. RoadTravelerNet on October 29, 2021 at 11:36 pm

    Nice work cameraman

  36. Charles on October 29, 2021 at 11:38 pm

How come the sig mcx rattler in 5.56 is so popular/desirable even though it has a 5.5” barrel which is supposed to be suboptimal for that cartridge in terms of velocity and accuracy at greater distances? Thx in advance

  37. Farmer Nat on October 29, 2021 at 11:40 pm

    Under 10.5 that is all.

  38. cl60cruzer on October 29, 2021 at 11:42 pm

    Below 10 inches, basically.

  39. Willisthehy on October 29, 2021 at 11:43 pm

Just don’t tell anyone you put a vert grip on an at pistol and if they come try and snatch it cap em in the head it’s America! A2 is a right! no ones taking it away

  40. Charles Harper on October 29, 2021 at 11:44 pm

The 10.5" looks a bit over gassed.

  41. J Luis on October 29, 2021 at 11:45 pm

Can you shoulder that buffer tube?

  42. angel on October 29, 2021 at 11:45 pm

  46. Foster Australian for Beer on October 29, 2021 at 11:50 pm

I was thinking about buying one of the 9mm style pistol/rifle/ boom stick. Lol but free sounds like an amazing price.

  47. Dren Gillespie on October 29, 2021 at 11:52 pm

If I’m running anything shorter than a 12.5 automatically has a 22lr conversion. It is courtesy to others and I want to limit my exposure to that much noise.

  48. Joseph Romero on October 29, 2021 at 11:54 pm

were u running sub or super ammo on the BLK????
