I’ve got a rifle I’m comfortable with in a basic chassis. Currently i use a bipod and no rear bag. I do primarily bench shooting with prone only occasionally. I just started before Covid really exploded but i want to learn the traditional methods of ranging before I start using toys.
Things i want to get:
Shooting mat
Bag(i.e. Gamechanger)
Rangefinder
Things i want to upgrade:
Scope
Chassis
Is there something I’m forgetting?
Where’d you get that zco hat?
WOOT WOOT 254TH VIEWER!
Thank you from a newbie. I’m trying to prep for the 2021 season. This was very informative.
Joel when you get the chance you should they the new medium sized GC. It’s the only bag I carry now
why does the ammo have to be in a special holder? does keeping rounds in a ziplock hurt them?
Thank you. I am just starting to shoot .22 precision matches. I like it so much that I may end up shooting larger caliber competitions. Your videos help people like me and others.
Excellent content. Wise thinking and gear selection! Well done.
Thanks Joel. I just need a lottery win to get a kestrel now……
Joel you do a very good job and your style is equally good. Please put links when you are suggesting gear like this. It would really help. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
My man. Answering a question I asked you a little while back. I want to shoot a prs match but no idea what I needed. Competition stuff is a murky subject for any form of competition. What are the typical ranges of engagement? Do you get to police your spent brass after the stage?
What’s the duffle you use?
