    Kershaw lol what a joke 🀣 πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜† I had one until it broke on me. The Kershaw that was shown is a ripoff of the Coldsteel Counter Point 1 which is made with much better quality steel and will not break on lite duty task. What broke on my Kershaw you may ask it was about an inch of the cutting edge cutting barbs off of pvc pipe schedule 40 even my 9.99$ smith and Wesson knife held up to job. After that happen I never considered Kershaw knives again or ZT knives(probably going overboard now). Sorry for being negative about a brand.

Survival knives are for completely different tasks, BUT any blade can be a tool and a weapon for a skilled person.     I will share my thoughts then since I am too lazy to make a video about it:
    Your blade MUST be:

    – full tang
    – stainless or stainless-ish (no 0% Cr steels)
    -At least AUS-10/440C/N695 OR higher quality steel
    – handle must be ergonomic (so not straight or curved inwards)
    – the point must align with the center of the handle
    – make a fine but sturdy point for stabbing
    – spine must be 90′
    -make a kydex sheath or leather sheath that does not dull the knife.
    – make a belt loop, scout carry option AND add rings around the sheath to attach to backpack
    – do not Paint it black and call it tactical, i can do that myself
    – a convex or scandi grind
