Seriously? Crisp trigger on the Venture II? Mine has a terrible trigger. Creeps and I see no adjustment. Pull needs to also be lower.

Would you be able to tell me what scope mounts I need for my TC compass utility for a vortex vanquish 3-9×40?

How crisp is that new trigger? 3lbs? 3.5lbs? 4 lbs? Or all in between?

My dad got one for just over $200, may have just been the compass 1 though. Seems okay and he said it’s accurate enough, but about 2 months after getting it the barrel had rust on it. This seemed strange after only leaving it in his truck for a week or two. We take our rifles into swamps and will hunt deer even if it’s lightly raining, but he didn’t even do that. So while I was going to get one I decided against it. We put our guns through some harsh conditions sometimes and if one rusts that easily then I don’t want it.

My compass got 5 stress bumps on the muzzle following the rifling which shows the barrel metal has not been properly relieving the stress. I’m not feeling confident in using it anymore. This time it is the case of "you get what you paid for".
