I own a Glock g42 .380acp. Absolutely Love this gun. I got 1200+ rounds thru it with Zero Negative Issues

I have to agree with you that the Ruger LCP max is the best option for the ultra small 380’s but it is the best of a bad lot. Yes 380 has less recoil than the 9mm it is still a real handful when shooting this small of a gun. Your video examples of people shooting these guns shows them all but jumping out of their hands and, having shot several of these, they are very uncomfortable to shoot. There is a real problem with guns this size and that they take a lot of practice to become competent with them and when your hand hurts after shooting them it does not encourage the shooter to practice. When the first time gun owner is the target market that’s a problem. Recently, there have come to market several 380 which are larger and much easier to shoot. While they will not fit in a pocket they are still easily concealed with the proper holster. The new shooter should really look at these options first like the S&W ez 380 or the new Ruger Security 380. There are many other options available at a variety of price points..

Sig P238, that’s a classic! Loving the Springfield 911 though

  10. Eduardo Jiménez on May 9, 2023 at 4:32 am

How about the security 380 or the security 9.

    Bersa 15 round 380.

    To many you missed.

I really like your reviews, just one polite request: Could you avoid this particular voiceover voice next time?

Nothing personal against concealed carry, but I don’t understand it. I would prefer open carry (if legal) for warning and better guns thinking about capacity and grip. If I had to save my life, it wouldn’t matter if I would have to carry little bit heavier gun.

Is there actually a picture of a guy pulling back to slide via his holographic site????

  19. Adam Walker on May 9, 2023 at 4:48 am

The Smith and Wesson Bodyguard and Springfield 911 have been discontinued, so they’re not technically guns of 2023. Sig p238 or p938 should be on this list.

Anyone can carry a 1911 if they buy an 80% 1911 frame and do their own build. Yeah, it’s more expensive… but if you really love the 1911 and want your own, I highly recommend doing the research and buying/building your own. It’s not that tough, but you just have to know a few things to make sure you don’t buy incompatible parts. There are "kits" being sold though that guarantee the parts will be compatible. (Different kinds of ramped barrels and ramped frames for example). Research is also necessary to know how to build them (to avoid making mistakes and/or to fix any mistakes).

My son had his middle finger that got rubbed or hit while shooting aglock 43x mos. Defines wouldlike to explain to him what happened

  22. Russ Smith on May 9, 2023 at 4:52 am

My wife and I both carry the Ruger LCP MAX, we love the weapon. We live in Florida, the land of shorts and T Shirts and the Ruger is a great fit for us. "No Reason Not To Carry" easy to hide and 10 + 1 just makes it ideal! Great Video, Thank you

  23. C Piper on May 9, 2023 at 4:58 am

Wow! Great list of the smallest (therefore more concealable), but less effective, less controllable (higher recoil), less firepower (fewer rounds) and overall less stopping power than any number of pistols that aren’t Micros.

  24. Patty Hughes on May 9, 2023 at 5:00 am

    Where is that wilson

  25. Synister Crayon on May 9, 2023 at 5:00 am

Don’t you EVER speak in a negative manner against my sweet, sweet 1911!
Canik is making some pretty cool stuff in the .380 department

  26. V.German11B on May 9, 2023 at 5:01 am

But, *no Canik METE MC9 Micro,* neither the *Sig Sauer P365 TACOPS.* Oh! How about the *S&W Shield Plus?!* Or the *IWI Masada Slim? Stoeger STR-9 Micro?!* Got it.

  27. Lance Giannola on May 9, 2023 at 5:03 am

Yup. Tell me about "Glock knuckle".

  28. Tip-Drippy on May 9, 2023 at 5:05 am

That trigger pull on the first one looked horrible. Also, how you gonna say best to conceal carry in 2023, and start off with a gun from 2015 ?
