Taurus model 905 range review
In this review, we’re going to take out the Taurus model 905 out to my little mini range chambered in a 9 mm and see what this little pistol can do with a 2 inch barrel single, or double action and tested for accuracy and reliability so let’s go out to my little mini range and have some fun.

I just bought one. I painted my front sight orange day glow with Testors model paint just like you did because I was having trouble picking up the sights. The double action trigger is long and heavy like all revolvers. The single action trigger is very light. Use the single action trigger for accurate shots. Even if you don’t use the moon clips, most of the empty shells fall out by themselves. I usually only have to poke out 1 or 2. If you’re going to buy a revolver, buy this one because chances are you’re already buying 9mm for your pistols.

I bought a 905 last year thats factory bobbed and ported… The double action trigger isn’t the best in the world, but with 115s, it’s just about like shooting a 22.
For the 220 bucks I paid for it, it’s just about the best deal I’ve made on a gun in years.
First taurus revolver, so far so good!

A nice revolver to add to a collection … especially if you already have 9mm pistols. This will give you a nice backup to your 9mm pistol carry guns. A pretty accurate shooter too.

i want Taurus to make a six shot 3 inch barrel 9mm
My 905 shot great for over 500 rounds. I started getting light primer strikes after that. I had to send it back to Taurus 4 times to get the problem corrected. I have probably shot 500 rounds through it with no problems after I sent it back the 4th time. I am getting light primer strikes with my 942 22lr after 1500 rounds. I sent it back and Taurus replaced the firing pin but I am still getting light primer strikes, so I will be sending it back and hopefully get the problem solved. I’m not complaining too much because I had to send back my Smith and Wesson 986 Performance Center back for light primer strikes also.
A 9MM revolver sounds fun. I like the model 605 chambered in 357 magnum

l really do like Taurus guns. they always do pretty good. I think its a firearm that a person either likes them or hates them for whichever reasons on both sides, ya know.
but i do like’em.
a 9mm revolver stuffed in a coat pocket or backpack while your main carry is a 9mm makes good sense. backup guns are generally overlooked. but one that matches your carry caliber is just smart. so this revolver could easily fit into the backup category sort of thing. quick loading of the moon clips is ideal.
i wonder how much of a jump it is to make a 10mm revolver like this? probably not much.
