    I feel your pain, Mike. I sent in a PT 24/7 Pro in .40 S&W. Taurus hasn’t called me yet, but I expect to get the same turd brown 9mm PT111G2. I don’t think your gun was drop safe though. If you had engaged the safety with the trigger pulled half way back and then dropped it on the rear of its slide, then it would have fired with nobody’s finger on the trigger. I did that with my 24/7. I know that it’s stupid to engage the safety with the trigger pulled back, but I’m pretty sure that the plaintiffs did just that, even though the manual and Jeff Cooper told them not to.

    Great….. My PT-145 broke and my FFL just called me today telling me they have to send it back and I will be getting a "new gun" my $380 .45acp for a new $280 9mm is probably what I’m expecting based on this video….. Thank you for posting your experience

    Suggestion – I  filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau  (Miami) against Taurus years ago  for PT 745 mag issue – after 9 months of getting a run around I  received my mags within 2 weeks of the complaint. I did not send my pistol in for the law suite due to Taurus not making any single stack striker fire  45 pistols. I think the more people file with the BBB they might get the message, but then again they still F#%k the customers after a class action settlement.

    Dude. I know you are upset, however, now you know and with that never buy a Taurus product ever again. If everyone does that Taurus will either go out of business or Make better guns backed with a No B.S. warranty. Customer service? I have a CZ over/under shotgun and the wood on it is nice, I want to change and fit a multi-position butt pieces base and pad and do not want to make a mistake on the wood that came with the gun. I inquired via email about how much a new stock and matching forend would cost, Two weeks went by and no response other than a form for the request and instructions on how to fill it out. then a box showed up, inside was a Brand new shock and forend piece with all the hardware, and a handwritten note, Please enjoy Your CZ product and this is at no cost to you if there is any assistance need to modify please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank You for Purchasing CZ. Now that is a company worth dealing with. Dave.

    I know how this turned out. I took the cash and got a $300 gun for $200. Still waiting for my Taurus settlement $ but it’s only been 8 months. (eyes rolling)

    I sent my PT145 in back in October 2017. I got a call in March 2018 from Taurus saying my gun was looked at and will be replaced by a tan/black PT111 G2 9mm. This was the only option available. I figured what the heck, take the gun, take the loss, and trade it in on the Springfield XDE .45. I’m still waiting for the pistol 5 1/2 months later.
    I will NEVER buy another Taurus because of how they’ve handled this recall. I’m wondering if it will ever show up.

    Same crappy customer service I received. Too 8 months to have them ship my replacement for my Millennium Pro 9mm back to me. They gave my a G2s , so I sent them a 10 round mag semi auto and they send back a 7 round single stack. My gun sat at My FFL shop for 2 more months during Covid 19. Pissed off you bet !! No one call. The e mail went to spam. No glue they finally shipped it. They didn’t give the FFL my cell number or my gun dealer shop didn’t bother to call either. Shit service all the way around. Now for the replacement. G2s. Awesome little carry gun. Shoots great. Eats ammo like butter smooth. If Taurus could only get there shit together they might sell more guns. While waiting for my replacement I purchased a Kimber Micro 9. My 3rd Kimber. Why ? AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND outstanding workmanship . You get what you pay for.

    I was talking to a buddy of mine just today when he told me that he had recently sent his 45 back to Taurus and that he’s not sure what to expect. I hope they don’t do to him what they did to you. please do another video with an update whenever you get this situation resolved. I’ll subscribe to your Channel. I’m interested to know the outcome.     I have the pt45 pro mill-And they tryed that shit with me-She got mad when i told her that i was not sending them my 45 for a 9mm and that my 45 cast more then $200.00,So she just hung up on me

    Taurus has another class action with Rossi 38/357 revolvers. 12 weeks after they receive they can take. Some have been offered replacements not equal (snubby for 4") so their still trying to screw customers even if the settlement states "same caliber and barrel length". Taurusarmen.net members are getting special treatment ahead of others with not first come first served.
