As consumer demand for firearms reached unprecedented levels in 2020, we resoundingly answered the call by increasing our U.S. based manufacturing capacity to meet our customers’ ongoing needs. We also significantly improved our Customer Service and Warranty Repair processes—resulting in the shortest warranty turnaround time in our long-standing history.
In addition, we introduced a number of new and innovative firearms focused on the unique, real-world demands our valued end users. The launch of the striker-fired Taurus® G3 and Taurus® G3c, for example, offered consumers budget-friendly access to next-level function, reliability and durability in either a full-size or compact personal defense handgun. Several other new products were unveiled in 2020 that gave our consumers more feature-based, benefit-driven options such as the versatile Taurus® 942 8-shot 22LR/22WMR revolver and the ultra-rugged Taurus® 856 Defender 38 Special +P revolver with 3” barrel and front night sight.
