They are reliable glock is not much better but over priced.
got the g3 in 2020. unfortunately i overpaid back then 383 smh prices were bad back then COVID but its an amazing gun & i got the hard to get tan & black model. at least it was hard at the time. at this point i recommend getting the TORO model….it has a better slide finish. these guns are finished in tenifer=trash

The finish on taurus pistols aren’t really durable.its a bit under an XD finish but glock finish is better than both

The G3C is a compact, but it’s smaller than most compacts, but larger than sub-compacts. What would you label the G3C as? I open carry the G3C daily

Reviewers always say good for the money. These Taurus pistols are accurate and dependable. Price has nothing to do with it.
I consider the G3 to be a compact gun because its the same size as the Glock 19,M&P4 inch barrels..and the G3C is a subcompact

The G3 Tactical was easily 2022’s best full sized tactical pistol. $400 optics ready with threaded barrel and suppressor sights? fuck out of here bro this gun just runs. I’ll spend all the money I saved from not buying an FN on ammo and membership fees.
I got a G3C, hasn’t failed me, but I look to get something a little bigger soon.
Always clean your guns out of the box. It affords you an initial inspection should there be any flaws in manufacturing.

The one thing you forgot to mention about Taurus pistols is the lifetime warranty. I fired a couple thousand rounds through my G3 and started to have problems with feeding. I finally sent it back to Taurus in Georgia where they put in a new spring and some other things and now it is back to normal. I did fire a lot of Tula ammo at first so that may have had something to do with it.
I love Taurus pistols. I have a G3 that seems to have issues with hollow points. Basically only when I’m racking the slide to chamber a round, they hang up but I can go shoot it with the same ammo, it seems fine. Just concerned that hopefully it has no issues. Hadn’t had it long but have shot it quite a bit with no problems

I have the G3 Taurus it’s better than the glock in my opinion especially at long range
Great pistols, great value! I own several G2Cs, a G3 and EDC a G3C. Very reliable, ergonomic and affordable guns. I can basically make a G3X out of G3C with the G3 17 rd mag and Taurus grip spacer.
I have the G3 and G3C both perform well. These pistols are classified as budget pistols. There are well made and not so well made budget pistols. The Taurus G3 and G3C are well made budget pistols.

Mines has over 400-500 rounds through it without even cleaning it and I bangs every time.
The G3C is so very close to the size to the Shield Plus … but is 12+1

actual grip isn’t much longer than the G3C because of the pinky extension..
I ran 150rds on 124gr NATO through the G3X a couple of weeks ago … ran like a champ
Bought my g3c at a gun show, ended up paying a little over 400 so I got ripped off a bit but now at least I know it’s a good buy
I have the tactical version of the G3 as a EDC. I have never have a jam with it and I’ve already fired over 1000 cartridges thru it. The only 2 things I have against it was some cheaper ammo fails to fire and the G3 tactical doesn’t have many accommodating holsters for IWB carry because of the raise front sights.. I modified a Alienware double clip holster to take the silencer extension.

My wife and I both carry the G Series. I, the 3c and her the 2c. We’ve never had an issue with either, I’m so satisfied with them that our daughter turns 21 next month and that’s what she’s getting to carry. My younger brother shot my wife’s and liked it so much he switched his carry from Beretta Storm to the G3c.
Never had any issue with Taurus. I have a G3X and .357 Raging Hunter. Fired the G3X right out of the box with zero issues and no FTEs. Very good firearms for the price.

My first g3 I had over 10 thousand rounds through it never had any issues at all so I bought another g3.
Going on 2 years in May with the g3c and my first 2 to 4 mags I had a couple failure to feeds. Cleaned it and lubricated the gun and I have not had a problem since. Great little gun.
