Seems funny that they’d recommend 9mm & 357/38 spl in same barrel as bore of 9mm is .355 "and bore of 357 is….357". So theyr’re saying it’s OK to run .355" dia rounds (9mm) thru a .357" bore. 9mm is smaller by only two one thousanths of an inch. Seems reasonable to me, but why is it that other makers don’t offer these two different wheels for the same barrel? If it’s actually not going to be an issue I’ll go ahead and order the 357 wheel for my 9mm Chiappa Rhino. I guess the other way around would be safer. ie, buying a 9mm wheel for an existing .357 mag piece. Thoughts?

If you’re using moon clips for the 9mm, lm pretty sure .380 will work also…

  19. shikat2371 on November 22, 2021 at 10:12 pm

It’d be nice to see the ballistic performance of the .357 & 9mm rounds coming out of this 3" barrel revolver. I read somewhere that a 3" barrel revolver behaves more like a full-size 4" barrel revolver than a snubbie 2" barrel revolver.

  28. Ezra1689 on November 22, 2021 at 10:23 pm

My brother in law owns a Taurus 692 in matte blue finish with the rubber grips. It”s a nice versatile pistol for under $500. Being able to fire .357 Magnum, .38 Special and 9mm Luger from the same pistol is pretty nice. The ported barrel helps with muzzle flip. And a wheel gun isn’t susceptible to the kind of malfunctions as a semi-auto pistol. They’re pretty reliable.

  29. Tiger Gray on November 22, 2021 at 10:24 pm

I wish we have that in California

  30. Front row seat to the end of the world on November 22, 2021 at 10:27 pm

9 mm ammo is not cheap these days about 40 cents a around last time I checked on ammo seeker 😒 thanks covid

  31. Scubaguy007 on November 22, 2021 at 10:27 pm

I want one of these real bad, but the problem is everyone selling them for $75-$100 more than they’re supposed to be selling for in a normal buying market. I don’t wanna pay the extra so I’m just gonna sit back and wait and hopefully I’ll find one in the price range I’m looking for. They’re also hard to find in stock. But I know eventually I’ll have one. 😉

  32. MrRugercat45 on November 22, 2021 at 10:29 pm

Love this pistol! After all my bills are caught up on and maybe, maybe when I get my taxes, I’ll get one of these.

  33. joe houchens on November 22, 2021 at 10:29 pm

nice video, whats the trigger pull on 692

  34. Phillip Collins on November 22, 2021 at 10:32 pm

Americans love their guns don’t they!!

  35. Carl Crisp on November 22, 2021 at 10:33 pm

OK. .357 /.38 is .357 of and inch , 9mm is .355. So what is diameter of bore? I would assume it’s .357, so the 9mm has a bit of room, especially with jacketed rounds. I would suspect accuracy would suffer a bit with 9mm. I guess having this dual caliber system is ok for grins or just burn up 9mm ammo that is too cruddy for a semi auto.

  36. Ahmad Ali on November 22, 2021 at 10:33 pm

Price of this gun in US dollars?

  37. Diego Salomão on November 22, 2021 at 10:35 pm

I’m Brazilian like Taurus, but we don’t have this kind of revolver here!

  38. BUCKSHOTT Highbrass on November 22, 2021 at 10:35 pm

Had to file cylinder latch it was sticking out wobbling like crazy, it worked just sucked.put wof springs, hogue grip pulled sticker out of front sight, replaced with nail polish, now i love it its awsome and 9mm is way more potent than 38s,only flaw is black finish sure wish i could have found stainless .ltr

  39. Lucas Thomas on November 22, 2021 at 10:35 pm

Someone correct me if i’m wrong but theoretically I could fire .380 ammo with this revolver too? I mean using the 9mm barrel

  40. Nathan Lambshead on November 22, 2021 at 10:36 pm

I don’t want one of these. I NEED one of these.

I would like to have that one, its nice. I am a Taurus Fan, well on most of their products anyway. Great Review.

  47. Dale Josephson on November 22, 2021 at 10:41 pm

I’m looking to get one of these. I’ve owned a 627 Tracker for ~10+ years and love it. I like Taurus revolvers better than I do their automatics. My CC instructor told the class I was showing off when I qualified with it.

  48. Midwest Chris on November 22, 2021 at 10:43 pm

Cant even get Taurus in the US right now according to the gun store.
