5th elite guy needs to go back and do 30 burpees after the twister. Spartan, don’t let that crap fly, especially from the elite heat racers. Stuff like that makes you lose credibility.

Need more on camera live action of the race rather than just commentary without the action they are talking about. I think the races are great though.

I just ran this OCR over the weekend. The terrain was tough but the last four obstacles were energy zapping brutal; Hercules Hoist, 400 lb tire flip (2x), Twister and the multi-rig. AROO AROO AROO!

Interesting moment- a young girl, at 50:15, sticks her hand out to get a high five from the elite women. The first three women run right past her holding to their course. However, Rea Kolbl and Lindsay Webster slightly shift their trajectory and give her a five! Love it!
