  6. Texas BEAST on June 16, 2022 at 7:08 pm

    And now, finally in 10mm!

  7. Anderson C on June 16, 2022 at 7:09 pm

A gun to get if you’re wanting a S&W M&P system. And know you’re going to be getting the M&P Shield Plus for your carry gun (one of the best on the market). If you Had to go polymer and on a budget. Didn’t wanto to with alloy guns like the SIG’s P938 or P365 plus a P226 as the home defence/range gun. More money still…could get a Legion system if you’re willing to carry a P229 Legion gun..forget the weight..of..around 30oz? But the idea of "carry" is to go "small/light as possible"…to each his/her own…

  8. Mike Moonman on June 16, 2022 at 7:11 pm

Seems your bias toward that gun I could hear it in your tone talking about it

  9. Gunsquawk 44 on June 16, 2022 at 7:13 pm

Uh… the front serrations are for pulling it back just far enough to do a press check, not for pulling it to the rear.

  10. Hak Wak on June 16, 2022 at 7:13 pm

I currently own a glock 19 gen 3… I’m in the process of purchasing a new weapon. My department uses the S&W M&P 1.0… I’m biased towards glocks. However I really like the M&P..

  11. Kev G on June 16, 2022 at 7:15 pm

What gun do you say just doesn’t have a slide stop sticking problem?

  12. D J on June 16, 2022 at 7:19 pm

  13. Christopher Richardson on June 16, 2022 at 7:20 pm

    Does it have a saftey?

  14. Hamlin Hobbyist on June 16, 2022 at 7:20 pm

I must be a unicorn myself , because I love the hinged trigger. I have many handguns and my m&p 45 is one of two that I shoot most accurately. I love the trigger and I love the aggressively textured grip

  15. Jeff Stull on June 16, 2022 at 7:22 pm

That is not the full size

  16. xQ_U_I_C_K on June 16, 2022 at 7:25 pm

M&P 2.0 is the best striker fired polymer gun in production today.

  17. Artty 1975 on June 16, 2022 at 7:25 pm

    They’re magically delicious!

  18. Booboobear2388 on June 16, 2022 at 7:26 pm

I have been looking at the S&W M&P but they have such a great number of models with different variations – much like the CZ75 line. Very difficult to know what version is being tested.

  19. Ruckus Piper on June 16, 2022 at 7:27 pm

Why do they call the full size 4.25 when there is a 5" which should be the full size

  20. J Tetlow on June 16, 2022 at 7:28 pm

I wish they made the front serrations like the first gen full size .45, they were good looking and functional.

  21. USARMYvietnamVET1969 on June 16, 2022 at 7:29 pm

Just wondering if you have any lateral play between the slide and frame, that is can you feel it move left to right now that you have put some rounds through it.

  22. Bruce Williams on June 16, 2022 at 7:30 pm

Man please say if it’s the 9mm or .45or .40 whatever caliber of the gun in the titles. Always hate clicking on these videos and it’s not the contents I want to watch. Message for Everyone.

  23. T. N on June 16, 2022 at 7:30 pm

I hated the tool..it moves around.

  24. Moussa Jaber on June 16, 2022 at 7:31 pm

    M&P 2.0
Can he handle 1000 rounds at the same time?

  25. Joe Luis on June 16, 2022 at 7:31 pm

No problems here with me.. love it

  26. JASON W on June 16, 2022 at 7:32 pm

Did Smith & Wesson fix the early barrel dropping on the new 2.0?

  27. ΧΡΥ ΠΟΥ on June 16, 2022 at 7:33 pm

    M and p 2 or cz p10c or Beretta APX ?

  28. cold dead hand on June 16, 2022 at 7:34 pm

I’ve carried a Glock for the last 10 years. I bought the full size in fde a few months back and it has now become my new edc. I liked it so much that I bought the compact as well.

  29. Zachary Wilson on June 16, 2022 at 7:34 pm

Let me say something I like about the gun and then immediately saying something bad about the same area. Man you really need to work on that. Just say you don’t like the gun.

  30. Nehemiah Jenkins on June 16, 2022 at 7:34 pm

I recently brought the kit with the firearm for $500

  31. Randy Clark on June 16, 2022 at 7:36 pm

The slide release needs worn in otherwise you have to beat it with a hammer, only negative of the handgun in my opinion

  32. User Friendly on June 16, 2022 at 7:38 pm

I am a Glock guy. I have fired them all. Sphinx and the CZPO7 are awesome guns. However , I had a revelation when taking a Glock apart. How can a pistol with so minimal working parts be so reliable? That’s Glocks nitch and always will be. Its the genius in it design. During a SHTF scenario Glock will be the most logical pistol as its a tool and only a tool that works really good . It’s genius is in its simplicity. Full disclosure I just bought a S&W shield plus. Smith is taking their guns to another level. They would be stupid not to incorporate the upgrades in the Shield plus into their entire lineup. Many good guns are here however Smith and only smith may have the opportunity to surpass with the key upgrades offered on the shield plus. I have some time under my belt with a major firearms manufacturer and Smith has an opportunity to take more market share away from Glock if they can navigate this correctly . Good steps are being taken and smith should continue this course of action in respect to the upgrades I mentioned earlier. Unfortunately, Glock is still king in terms of a simple reliable tool. However , as a Glock guy that just bought his first smith I see the ability to dethrone them through key upgrades and bundles coupled with great customer service and online classes teaching people how they too can “lego” the crap out of their Smith. Stay on this road Smith. Your doing good. I love your grip angle and it’s feels right. Also, look at the Area Delta 2.0 and factor them in as well. Especially in terms of grip width . Thank you .

  33. RedShiftRider on June 16, 2022 at 7:39 pm

"Everything I found wrong with this gone was a direct result of my personal improper grip." Is basically all that was said in this video.

  34. sixgunslingin on June 16, 2022 at 7:40 pm

This is one of those guys you meet At the range and instantly don’t like.

  35. Zach Z on June 16, 2022 at 7:42 pm

I have the 2.0 compact, 3 k rounds through it 400 being hollow points plus p and standard. Gold dots golden sabre Winchester walmart hollows whatever no issues. Both defense ammo and ball ran with and without the TLR1 HL no issues. All that aside on ALL the 2.0’s you lefty’s aren’t releasing that slide with that left lever. Just give it up. Also XS sent me a new rear for my shield when it rusted a bit no questions asked after like 3 months, so yeah

  36. xQ_U_I_C_K on June 16, 2022 at 7:44 pm

Glock is a piece of shit. They produce them for $70 and were originally supposed to sell for $200, the marketing team thought Americans would ignore a cheap gun so they tripled it and morons pay that 😅. Zero research/development has gone into the gun since the 80’s, still has mushy triggers, unnatural grip angle that actually puts you OFF target if properly gripped, cheap thin plastic sights, and overall aesthetic ugliness. Same ugly azz gun from the 80’s sold to fools for three times what it’s worth anyway. All it takes is to hold/look at one objectively to realise it is a cheap made rip off.

  37. Risteard Wes on June 16, 2022 at 7:45 pm

This is the same gun a lot of police departments are carrying it’s full size it has texture grips comes with 213 rounds and 115 round magazine you could get night sights for it some of them come with night sights it’s a fantastic gun build much better than any Glock out there puts the Glock 22 and 23 to shame check it out if you could find them in a store spent less than really did it excellent job on this gun and a 40s and w plenty of stopping power 🇺🇸💯👍

  38. VeVeMonster on June 16, 2022 at 7:45 pm

Why in the hell are you trying to test the slide release on an empty mag?

  39. J. Sagiechode on June 16, 2022 at 7:47 pm

Pls Do A gun community PSA on the Forged From Freedom being a Fraud!!! https://youtu.be/KRn_JQ8dXzA

  40. D J on June 16, 2022 at 7:51 pm

I bought this and I dont know if it’s me or the Gun. I had never experienced such a hard trigger ever. Am I doing something wrong. Please I need ur guidance.
I also gave it to my friend whom has 7 different guns & he keep pulling the Trigger but no action. At first he thought something is wrong but he then realized that it’s the trigger being extremely hard.
I hope that’s not how M&P trigger performs?
Can you please send me a link for trigger modification and also dont like the sites and suggestions or links for sites please.

  41. Ruben Trevino on June 16, 2022 at 7:52 pm

    Imo best 9mm pistol

  42. TRIBE Security on June 16, 2022 at 7:52 pm

I really hated the slam loading feature of the 1.0. I also didn’t like the trigger, and the reset was not pronounced and was hard to feel on most M&P 1.0 versions. The 2.0 is a far better upgrade from the first version. Thanks Smith and Wesson. I’m glad you listened to the consumers.

  43. emtfirebb on June 16, 2022 at 7:56 pm

I’m a Glock hater…..as far as this review goes…………all guns can be improved somehow and you can’t please everyone.

  44. Wrecka Stow on June 16, 2022 at 7:58 pm

Recently bought one of these… it ejects the shells straight up into the air and the hot brass lands right on your arms. WTF??????? There’s hopefully a fix for this or I’m selling it immediately.

  45. Gigong on June 16, 2022 at 7:58 pm

Poor ass video. You’ve done a poor job. Unprepared to represent the M&P. 2.0
    Unprepared.

  46. American Citizen on June 16, 2022 at 7:59 pm

Right now on my local shop they have it 9mm 5” barrel with the case, a knife, a coin, 1 MAGAzine for $499, or the gun with 3 MAGAzines for the same $499.

Which one is best to get ? Thanks

  47. Roberto on June 16, 2022 at 7:59 pm

What gun would you prefer over this m&p that you wouldn’t have to change the trigger on?

  48. Guardian Minifarm on June 16, 2022 at 7:59 pm

My EDC has been an M&P 40c 1.0 since 2014. I got the full size 2.0 shortly after release. It is in rotation when applicable. I agree that the 2.0 is better in every way.
Now the Compact 2.0 & the Subcompact 2.0.

  49. Thetawind on June 16, 2022 at 8:00 pm

Hate the ‘side look’ camera angle. Tell your cameraman we prefer for you to look us in the eye when you’re talking to us. Thanks.

  50. hellaacapella on June 16, 2022 at 8:00 pm

What are your guys thoughts on the 4 inch compact version? I think I like the look of the slide and handle better. The 4.25 just looks a bit lopsided to me.
