Bought this optic when it first came out 4-5yrs ago when sig first released it. Great optic. Only gripe with this optic is the magnification adjustment. It is very stiff. Not sure how the new ones are with the black housing.

    Is the reticle etched ?

    Wow! What a beautiful weapon.

I have the first gen of the T4. Not daylight bright. At all. And tall turrets, but no caps to take on and off. Better for a quick adjustment, but it looks wonky.

I feel like ppl saying “it’s underpowered” etc aren’t thinking about real world applications. If 10x or 8x is wanted to IDENTIFY stuff at distance then I can understand that. But if they’re thinking of engaging targets at 300/400 yards, I’d love to see them explain that to a judge. Additionally, you’d need to live in an environment where you could logistically even take/make a shot that far. That’s a non issue for 75% of the pop in suburban environments. If you want “more power” to shoot paper then get a hunting scope. The LPVO = POU. 1-6x is perfect IMO as it’s easily g2g for 1-600 yards. Just MO. I actually prefer running red dots with flip up 3x or 4x mags on QD mounts. 1) I can easily take them on and off and 2) nothing is faster getting on target as a dot. I can make hits out to 300 yards w a dot. The 3-4x mag makes it even easier. I like being able to take it on and off when I want to control the weight of my carbine. But again, it all comes down to POU being the most important thing when setting up a rig.

    Nice. Thank you

It’s a great scope but I personally feel it is a bit over priced and under powered.

I thought they discontinued the Tango 4 Line?

I think Sig is crushing the optic game. I picked up a demo model Tango6T 1-6×24 two years ago from optics planet for $620 (pretty great deal considering they’re like $1500-ish new). The glass in them is stellar and in 1x it’s not too squirrelly (like some that are 1.2x or .97x etc). Really enjoying it. The Tango6T is a SFP LPVO. I’d really like to pick up the Tango4 bc it’s a FFP and it’ll be a bit lighter. Great demo, Daily! I always use your coupon code (Daily2A) when I shop at Optics Planet… Whiiiiich is more often than I’d like to admit hahaha 😂😬😬😬

I am looking for a small optic like this to put on one of the old Ruger .44mag semi-auto Deersstalker rifles. (My old-man eyes are not what they once were, and I could use some glass to give me clarity and allow me a few more years behind the sights)

I was thinking about this optic, in the 300blkt configuration. (I felt it would handle the recoil, and I would just have to figure out the BDC for whatever ammo I used in it.

Does anyone have better (or at least alternative) suggestions….Thanks

    $500 for a 1-4x is ridiculous. $79.99 maybe.
