Does it keep zero when you take it down and put it back together?
You want to be careful of your length of pull. By adding the folding mechanism you might have to pin your sba3 to not extend out too far or could be considered a stock.
It’s not just a pistol they are absolute tack drivers under 100 yards! Throw a brace on it with a 4.5” barrel and a suppressor and it’s an amazing little package

Well, it has been a year now, since this video was released. How well has the UTG folding adapter held up? & the SBA3 brace?
And FYI everyone: Midwest Industries has just released an Aluminum floating, M-Lok, hand guard. Only for the take down Chargers & 10/22 rifles, in 8" & 13". But it allows you to M-Lok mount iron sights to the Ruger Charger (Along with anything else your heart desires!) I just ordered mine.

Hey, Don’t apologize as long as you are Rambling about the 3 G’s IMHO they are in order 1) God 2) Guns and 3) Golf. I’m gonna do something very similar as a Squirrel gun for a Bug Out Bag. I Already Have a Thompson TCR 22 that I would not trade for any and I DO MEAN ANY MAKE, MODEL OR CALIBER of Firearm PEROID. I Can write my name and draw faces with it, Its that accurate. Most accurate Firearm I have ever shot. Could EASILY hit a Deer in the eye at 150 yards with my Optic, Has a Red and Green Dot.
Find yourself a nice camera bag and remove whatever logos on it, you don’t want to attract thieves. A nice diaper bag might be even better. You could even hang a pacifier on it, nobody would think about stealing it if you got a little more creative……….lol

You may not want to give legal advice. All the various forums have opinions and the letter about the 13.5" but once again now one knows the correct answer because a brace is not a stock and if you r creating it to shoulder u r already breaking the law. No lawyer here and don’t post videos.

What’s the length of your barrel?
Does the utg folding adapter have to be takedown specific or can it be m4 utg. Is the utg adapter interchangeable to other guns or stocks?

All the utg folding adapters are for ak47 , can i use it for this build

How is that UTG adapter holding up after these years?
I know " braces " are legal , but changing the receiver to accept a pistol "brace" is dancing to hard on the ATF fence. .make sure you on the right side of the fence , with paperwork from ATF . ATF does not play games , 25 years is not worth a cool toy.

What’s the overall length folded and extended?
Most of the companies that make power tools, like DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, and others, have various sizes of cloth bags. Might be a good bag that doesn’t say "gun" all over it. I just bought a couple of them on eBay for other tools. They sure would stand out like a sore thumb in the woods though.

That is illegal the ATF says that the over all length must be over 26 inches. If it folds it still must be over 26 inches. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Check the law for yourself.
I have EXACTLY that same biuld even the red dot- i just have BLADE instead of that brace

Did you add a side-fold adapter? I know you said you did multiple times, but I just want to be sure. And if you did add a side-fold adapter, was it so you could fold it to the side? Just seems very confusing. LOL
