Awesome thanks for the info! I’ve been having a hard time cleaning my cylinder for awhile now.
Thanks
so this may sound like a stupid question, but how does the cylinder stay on the yoke/crane? I mean i see that the screw hold the yoke in the frame, but what secures the cylinder ?
Been wondering how to do it
Thanks
That is not the correct screwdriver!
My cylinder on my 357 mag used to spin freely, now it rotates with some effort. Any ideas? I’m definitely a novice first-time owner so please keep it simple. Loved your posting, it helped me to get some confidence

Good vid, thanks for the info!
Besides remembering that the ejector rod removal is righty loosey, lefty tighty, also remember to put empty shells in the cylinder to protect the extractor star from damage from the torque.
He said tit at 1:34 then….rod at 2:48. ha ha. I know….I’m immature. I have a model 65…all kidding aside… nice video.
Thank you for this! Helped me solve a problem with my revolver.
Solitary children who taught me so much didn’t know that that little bowl hell the cylinder and God bless
Thanks for a great video. Scared me when my cylinder fell out, hasn’t happened in the years I’ve owned it but now I know it is part of regular maintenance to check the tightness of the screws and your video showed me exactly how to do that. Thanks again.
