M&P 15-22 pistol

M&P 15-22 pistol

We shoot the M&P 15.22 pistol. With it’s 7″ barrel, SB A3 brace, short overall length, and lightweight this pistol is a winner! We were able to produce good accuracy with multiple types of ammunition. And, only experienced 3 stoppages out of the 300 rounds we put through the gun.

The pistol weighs in at just over 3.3 pounds, sports an M-LOK forend, Picatinny rail and standard AR15 fire controls.

I highly recommend this postol for anyone looking for a fun plinker and trainer.

Nice video as always brother. I’d love to see a follow up video on your S&W M&P m2.0 Compact 3.6 inch (for selfish reasons because I have one haha). How has it been treating you for concealed carry? How many rounds have you put through it at this point?

Hello sir, just got mine yesterday can you please tell me what kind of red dot you have on there ?

  18. Ken on April 1, 2022 at 5:59 pm

um no sorry, not "clean the barrel of the gun lube and that’s it" they come with a white coating of shippers treatment of some sort especially on the spring it is very important to get that cleaned off totally before firing, this is something that I read was causing a lot of issues for people that didn’t do that first, other than that spot on awesome fire arm and video! THANK YOU!

Don’t much care for this platform but you made it interesting anyway especially with the tip about crossing the line with a vertical foregrip. Strange how the audio and video unsynced at around 4:20.

  24. C on April 1, 2022 at 6:08 pm

what brand of ammo are you using?

  25. Jake Pschirrer on April 1, 2022 at 6:09 pm

Just got mine and went out to sight the Holosun and can only get 1 to 3 shots off and the bolt catches the spent casing. Probably an extractor issue. Also won’t extract a live round from the chamber. Very accurate pistol, though and I see a lot of potential for fun. Nice video.

  26. CarsandChronos on April 1, 2022 at 6:09 pm

The barrel on these is 8 inches not 7

  27. BUDDY on April 1, 2022 at 6:10 pm

    Tippmann is better

  28. M Jov on April 1, 2022 at 6:12 pm

Bought this a few weeks ago. Love it. Just don’t run hollow points through it. Will jam without fail. Use round nose ammo.

Excellent review. I just bought this gun and am researching optics. So far I like the Ronin P12-C or P12-L. Do you think the P12-C or P12-L is more appropriate for this gun? What are you using? Any recommendations on other brands and models? Thank you.

I am having a hard time getting through a magazine with mine. Any thoughts? Spent cases get caught in the ejection port by the bolt

I’ve asked this question to many other YouTubers, and haven’t gotten an answer. Hope you can. Is the buffer tube on that M&P pistol, does it have a spring & a buffer? I think it doesn’t but, I think the M&P pistol uses a blowback system, which doesn’t need them. I know the buffer tube is permanently attached to the pistol. If it doesn’t have a spring & a buffer, that would determine whether I bought it, and if if I did, I would cut that buffer tube off close to the pistol and cap it with something. Now, THAT, would make for a BAD ASS PISTOL!!! One wouldn’t have to red dots, or flip up sights or lights or anything!! One of the 2 things I would immediately do, is change that shit ass looking grip, and that shit ass looking muzzle device!! Just bought on Weds. of this week. I know now, that there is nothing in that buffer tube. I’m still debating whether to cut that tube off, since it is by definition a pistol. Then, I could eliminate the red dot I’ve installed, and wouldn’t need to sight it, just point and shoot.
