    I am thinking about purchasing this shotgun. I like the feel and pointing of the O/U. I had a Marlin O/U that I regret selling.

    I love mine I have over a 1000 shells through it and I have not had any problems….the reason I went with the Mossberg is because of the name, they are know for durability…

    Is there a steel insert in the face of the breech to add strength at that point of the aluminum receiver?
