  7. Dan Capell on November 9, 2021 at 6:14 pm

I think the Military came up with the bayonet, the idea is if the Soldier(S) should run out of ammo, they could still use the rifle as a weapon.

  8. Cotten Headed Ninny Muggins on November 9, 2021 at 6:15 pm

    If only it worked smooth

  9. Zoltek on November 9, 2021 at 6:15 pm

  10. Kelvin Wright on November 9, 2021 at 6:15 pm

Great and informative video. Loved the trash can!

  11. миша тимофеев on November 9, 2021 at 6:18 pm

it is a pity that now your government has banned the sale of weapons to the east. russia, of course, has enough of its own weapons. but the best shotguns are made in america – you can’t argue with that. i got a license, I’m going to buy a pump shotgun. i’ll take a used mossberg 500 while they are still on private sale ads

  12. kik0le on November 9, 2021 at 6:19 pm

Finding the new pack of gun grease in the trash can after shooting the hell out of it had me laughing.

  13. Aaron Hine on November 9, 2021 at 6:21 pm

I was accidentally shot with birdshot at very close range. Let me tell you, it’s no joke. It almost removed my foot.

  14. Joleo Manggi on November 9, 2021 at 6:21 pm

    I like a shotgun

  15. Jeff on November 9, 2021 at 6:22 pm

  17. Jim Denton on November 9, 2021 at 6:23 pm

I always enjoy to watch you out on the range. You know how to have fun . Would you do a review on the mossberg 590 in the 410 home defense pistol grip short barrel . Keep shooting

  18. GaryTheSnail on November 9, 2021 at 6:24 pm

How do you go about sending hikok something to review

  19. Michael Koch on November 9, 2021 at 6:25 pm

You are a very good shooter! I lift my hat! Greetings from Dresden! Ich sage es mal auf deutsch. Du erklärste es wirklich gut und in einer ruhigen Art und Weise. Das gefällt mir! Da lernt man gerne etwas dazu! Ich verstehe alles. Es macht Spaß zuzusehen!

  20. Tsubaki Akira on November 9, 2021 at 6:26 pm

Put a light in the trash can and make a disco trash can

  21. Andy Gossard on November 9, 2021 at 6:27 pm

Wow there’s the home protection instrument that I choose.

  22. simon Smith on November 9, 2021 at 6:28 pm

I had a 500 in 20g and loved it it was a field gun with a long heavy barrel. Wish I still had it. With prices today I got the next best thing in 12g a Maverick 88 security. It’s the same dang gun, I really don’t mind the corners the cut to reduce costs. 200 bucks brand new. With a limb saver and a 25rd box of #6… I like where the safety is better than the 500 or 590. I have no idea what 00 will kick like, I imagine with a hollow stick it kicks like a mule

  23. Paco on November 9, 2021 at 6:28 pm

Love the 500 series but I can’t stand all the wiggle in the forearm. Anyone know how to stop all the wiggle?

  24. Gary Cole on November 9, 2021 at 6:28 pm

    The moss 500 is awsome

  25. Brian Allen on November 9, 2021 at 6:29 pm

    Mossberg 590 legendary fire

  27. TheKkd123 on November 9, 2021 at 6:33 pm

Before I see this video. I never knew shot gun bb can reached that far…

  28. air cooled on November 9, 2021 at 6:35 pm

    Love my maverick 88 12 g pump
Mossberg have a really great shell elevator, it is never in the way when loading/unloading like on other makes
Also you can change out the shell ejector in a heartbeat, again unlike other makes
It has the best slide unlock button/leaver position on any shotgun
    Oh and it shoots awesome!

  29. Salty Squid on November 9, 2021 at 6:36 pm

we had to use 870 for work. Mossberg 100% better for me. The safety and no feed guard perfect for ease of use. Mossberg 590 security for home security for me; nothing wrong with 870, I’d still hunt with it and have one next to the the bed stand if it was my only option. I’d use whatever you can afford and learn to use. The first game I ever harvested was from an 870. preferences change over time.

  30. G Cruishank on November 9, 2021 at 6:36 pm

Great info, I’m trying to decide between the 590 and that A1 and think you convinced me the 590 Special might be the way to go .

  31. frank grubb on November 9, 2021 at 6:37 pm

Your by far and away my favorite gun expert! Keep up the great work👍 PS. You had a mini 14 556 ranch rifle episod, . I bought one after that video and i love it! It is a fantastic rifle

  32. Aiden Keator on November 9, 2021 at 6:38 pm

I’m not old enough to buy a gun yet, but I plan to purchase a Mossberg 590 once I am of age to own a firearm

  33. Remy Cruz on November 9, 2021 at 6:38 pm

Just bought a 590 Spx I can’t wait to shoot it

  34. H K on November 9, 2021 at 6:39 pm

    Mossbergs are back in stock!
Sept 2021. I picked a new one up at 2019 prices. Still no ammo on the shelves though. Thank goodness for the bayonet lug. 👍

  35. Zabzubzab on November 9, 2021 at 6:42 pm

I bought my first shotgun yesterday, I purchased a Mossberg 590 MLOK, came with ghost ring and of course the MLOK pump, do you think I made a good choice?

  36. Brian Westbrook on November 9, 2021 at 6:43 pm

Hickok, Where’s the tractor grease? I accidentally shot it 15 times with the 12 gauge.

  37. Derek N on November 9, 2021 at 6:44 pm

  38. Ohio Gentlemen Arms on November 9, 2021 at 6:47 pm

I’ve got a 500 that is about 25 years old. That old girl got a lot of pheasants before they disappeared.

What have I done to you?

  41. Paul Austin on November 9, 2021 at 6:52 pm

Does anyone have experience with a Mossberg 530 ?

  42. aka JD590 on November 9, 2021 at 6:53 pm

Purchased 590 Special Purchase (50645) in 2013 ($319) Heat shield, 20in, 9shot, bead sight, bayonet lug. Changed it over (2016) to the retro look (trenchgun) walnut stock, corn cob forend, M7 bayonet, M1 Garand olive drab canvas sling. After 8 years, action is smooth as silk. Absolutely love the 590.
    🇺🇲Stay well💪🏽. Go in peace✌🏽.

  43. Antonio Equihua on November 9, 2021 at 6:53 pm

I like it How much cost

  44. Alfredo B Bear-Lacis on November 9, 2021 at 6:53 pm

As a poor, benighted Aussie, whose government won’t allow us self-loading or pump shotguns, would you be able to do a round-up of lever-action shotties which are allowed, please?

  45. Mano Cox on November 9, 2021 at 6:54 pm

    Can you put a 590a1 barrel on a 590?

  46. CHESNOK on November 9, 2021 at 6:58 pm

Не все понял, но дедуля увлечен явно

  47. J Martin on November 9, 2021 at 6:58 pm

*IT IS POSSIBLE TO PARKERIZE your blued barrel, even at home. "AWESOME VENTILATION REQUIRED." The HOT SIMMERING CHEMICAL solution is harsh and probably toxic. MAGNESIUM PHOSPHATE is the traditional Parkerizing chemical. ZINC PHOSPHATE under Carakote or Dura-Coat {ceramic paints} might be even better. Cheap alternative… EXHAUST HEADER CERAMIC PAINTS. IF PAINT over Parkerizing is the goal… Sand Blast or Bead Blast…to BARE METAL MATTE finish.. ZINC PHOSPHATE to give paint something to stick to… {skip the oil step} and IMMEDIATELY GO TO PAINT BOOTH & BAKE IT ON. TYPICALLY NOT FOR MUSEUM DISPLAY PIECES … That type of protection and colorization is INTENDED for working firearms that will actually be used.*
