i have a question for you. i never used 3d max and i use blender but do you ever make a subdivision mesh to bake onto your low poly one? because i noticed on these videos despite being high detailed they are not subdivided or modeled in a way where sub division could work without deforming the mesh. or is it not worth it to make a subdivision mesh of guns for video games?
nvm comment, i just saw in part 4 it looks subdivided. i guess u get the original gun down and then fix it up for subdividing? thats probably a better way to do things then what i do i start off with subdivision on
anyone know how he did the duplicate on the faces? is it just me or has stuff changed with 2021 3ds max
at 1 hour and 35/37 m you could just select faces by angle instead of selecting one by one
i crop the same image of kar 98 you used but its blurry and not clear i try photoshop and many efforts but when i zoom it in max its blurry can you tell me how to fix reference image resolution like your image.

There Isn’t any link of the references that you use. Not even the main blueprint. Can you please add that?
