I just got my Glock 14 from webmarker12 on wickr me
I’ve sold mine as consignment through my FFL… He gets stock for his store… He deals with the Buyer… Does any financing/ lay away… and most importantly does the transfer… My FFL does this for 10% of sale price… I get a market for my gun and the market price I want for my gun less a relatively fair commission and a paper trail out of my hands into another through a FFL transfer
I love your cut out at the end…
This video is extremely convenient considering I live in Portland.
I have a brand new Springfield XDs mod2 chambered in 45 ACP with everything intact from the factory. I have put zero rounds through it since purchase. It was legally purchased but admittedly an impulse buy that I have no use for since I have many other firearms that I actually prefer.
I am currently located in South Florida (Ft. Lauderdale area). I am willing to negotiate and, if a good enough offer is made, I’d be willing to take slightly less than what I paid for it. Again, keep in mind that you’ll be receiving what is essentially a brand new weapon. No rounds through it, no scratches or blemishes and still in its factory box with all manuals and warranty card.
If interested, respond with your email address and we can discuss. I’d be happy to try to work something out that’s fair for both sides. This is real. NO SPAM, TRICKS OR SCAMS.
In many places in the United States, you can sell a gun, to a complete stranger, who has not given you reason to believe the person has intent to use the gun illegally, or is not allowed to own firearms. Cash on the spot, no record of the transaction. If the cops ever want to question me about the firearm in question, the first question I am going to ask is how did they track the gun back to me? There is no federal registration of firearms, in most cases, law enforcement has to get in contact with the manufacturer of the firearm and find out which FFL the firearm was sent to and where it was sold. Then they have to dig through years of 4473 documents until they find the buyer. Then they can come talk to me and I can tell them I sold it to some complete stranger and you know what? I didn’t break the law!
Good stuff. I will take your advice. better safe than sorry.
we dont need your opinions bruh. STICK TO THE FACTS!!
Bloopers were actually funny hahahahaha
I did a private transfer of a .308 semi auto rifle years and years ago. The person I sold to I had run into a few times at a local unofficial shooting spot. He seemed like s good guy and I was a lot younger than I am now (20) years roughly. I looked at pa law and saw that no transfer was necessary so I sold to him. Just last year I received a letter from the local FBI office..(not a good feeling) turns out that rifle I sold was recovered in a warrant execution on a fairly high level drug dealer. The FBI never accused me of wrong doing and I explained that it was a private sale 20 years ago and that I had no info on the guy. I don’t believe the guy I sold to was the one who was the drug dealer but it goes to show that you never know where a firearm you sell may end up. The fbi was actually only contacting me (according to them) to possibly return the rifle to me. Since I admitted to selling it tho and I had no record of my ownership of it they said they couldn’t give it back, they told me if I had said it was stolen they would give it back since they did trace it back to me. I immediately felt like they were almost hoping I would change my story but of course I didn’t change my story because my original version was the truth. Point is you never know and that incident really showed me that it’s definitely best to have at least some record that you took reasonable steps to ensure the buyer isn’t a bad guy. Like TYM said draw up a receipt or ask for a permit and if you have any reason to feel weird about the sake walk away. When I read that letter from the fbi my thoughts started racing even tho I know I didn’t break any law at the time. I’d love to know the actual timeline of where that rifle went after leaving my possession.
Great video, and advise. Thanks.
Never sell that USP compact…
Automate is truly the safest platform you can invest your funds.I must commend the platform, they are always consistent with withdrawals and their payments are automated always making me happy💯.
You left out one method: consignment. Depending on the dealer’s consignment fee (I’ve seen them vary between 10% abd 30%) you may make considerably more on the sale than selling it to the dealer outright.
Guns international is way better than armslist and gun broker I tried buying 4 original surplus cz-82 magazines off individual on gun broker the seller accepts paypal, credit card, visa master card etc… And they have issues entering my payment info to buy it and if you don’t fix it ahead of time or you can’t contact seller your account gets banned gun broker is garbage arms list is meh I use guns international
On arms list the used prices are higher than brand new…
*mrmasterglock on wickr* got Pistol: Custom Glock 17L (with stainless slide), Rifle: 9mm Ruger PC9 Carbine or Custom 9mm AR-9 Carbine or Custom 9mm KPOS Scout pin on pubg,2mm kolibri, beretta, bul, colt, grand power,mac-11,)?Glock19Carbine,Shotgun:Custom Saiga 12 or Custom Vepr 12.
This clown is terrible for the gun community.
what about now post coronavirus guns are selling like crazy
NH you Just print out a bill of sale and sell them the gun. If it’s legal where you live there is no liability on your part if someone commits a crime with the gun you sold them. I’m not gonna make the person i sell too have a background check and all this other shit. If I don’t trust the person I don’t sell to them If they dont sign the bill of sale i dont sell to them.
I’m just letting the world know armslist I’ve come across scammers many times. Out of the 15 times I’ve tried to purchase a gun, 1 time it turned out okay.
I think all the stuff of mrmasterglock on wickr sells gun online is fake but I convinced me right now, I just got mine safety gun from them I mean there store
thank you for making this video I was very helpful.
There is a new website for buying and selling guns online: GunTray.com, totally free for buyers and sellers.
It has a lot of good features such as private chat for communicating with sellers, a review system and an advanced Map Search system.
Try it out, it’s free! 🙂
Gunbroker really is garbage. They charge a lot and always want to collect their fees. They don’t dig deep into any situation they’ll ban you if someone files non paying bidder even if it’s wrong. They don’t have customer service you can call. It’s do it yourself and read article on how to handle a particular situation. For all that they want too much.
I go by their grammar. If they contact me and sound or write like they are from the hood then I just say “it’s a no for me dawg”.
This is exactly what I wanna do. I want to sell my Springfield 911 .380 and get a sig p265
You need a safety gun check on expansion2 on wickr for any type of stuff for self defense I got mine from there store I really appreciate them
I just keep my ass in Texas and things seem to work out.
nope, FFL will rip you off on price. if you spend 600 for pistol they will offer you 200 for it
You need a safety gun check on expansion2 on wickr for any type of stuff for self defense I got mine from there store I really appreciate them
Great Advice Thanks Very Much Enjoyed Your Video
If you’re seeing a Tom Steyer add before this video, know that he is a communist who supports the repeal of gun rights and the seizure of all guns. This is a BAD person!!!!!!!
What website do you use to get a background check?
I guess I’m just going to keep my gun.
I put up flyers for an AK I sold once but ended up selling on a site at a huge mark up from my local flyer price.
The bloopers made me sub 🤣🤣
Very informative and kept my interest
Love the outtakes.
Info was good. The last bits are exactly what anybody that has done YouTube or had a lot of info to put out in a small timeframe has experienced. Literally laughed out loud. Well done.
Thanks so much!! Great information
When did a private sale to someone you know personally and trust without a background check become illegal?
Thx you sir
I just got three firearms from *cashmain* on wickr he also has different type of guns
What if I just post a pic of the box my gun came in and say selling box only. And can’t I write up a paper transferring ownership and putting in their that buyer admits to not being a felon. I’ve seen people do this. And I’d video the transaction just in case something happens
I only buy private party on armslist.
What about from the buyer’s perspective? Legally buying from someone privately (going through FFLs) without being scammed.
