    Yeah right

  2. Brian Jones on July 12, 2023 at 5:21 am

Anyone else notice the IBM logo in the graphic of gun manufacturers?

  3. notsure none on July 12, 2023 at 5:23 am

the idea that we are the government is a great psychological achievement for them

  4. keith moore on July 12, 2023 at 5:25 am

actually other than that state pension fund those contracts are what killed Colt! they got too reliant on them and let their other products go to pot and only put in half ass’d effort on developing new ones!!!

  5. Renegade Junior on July 12, 2023 at 5:25 am

The take sort of surprised me from you. I’ve always been of the opinion that unless there’s more alternatives, you can’t do much regarding boycotts. I think it also comes down to who all trains. Out of the seventy million firearm owners in the U.S. probably only a quarter of them shoot consistently. A lot of us want to shoot more but either the range is too far or training is limited. In my area, its more of a lack of public ranges that accepts all three instead of shotguns.

  6. Anderw Marcell on July 12, 2023 at 5:31 am

So.all.that is left is High Point. At least they make a 10mm.

  7. Scott 79 on July 12, 2023 at 5:34 am

Well then Yankee you’re gonna have to boycott Smith and Wesson, I guess you’ll have to sell all your revolvers from them

  8. Melvin Lambert on July 12, 2023 at 5:34 am

But eventually when citizens market is dead from government overreaching then most gun companies will be outlawed and one or two will be left and federalized.
    Just look at other countries.

  9. Victor Ferrer on July 12, 2023 at 5:36 am

    Here’s my solution,
Whatever firearms and ammo that are sold to agencies should be made available to the public, at the same prices.

  10. patriot 945 on July 12, 2023 at 5:37 am

In a perfect world, laws banning possession of any weapon by criminals would work. Don’t choke on your laughter.

  11. Fernando Oda on July 12, 2023 at 5:37 am

please add Taurus to that list… here in Brazil they support a very restrictive legislation on top of our already screwed up laws, this company is garbage ! there are several videos where the CEO says that .

  12. Buncha on July 12, 2023 at 5:38 am

There wouldn’t be much choice if you stoped buying from companies that sell to Government agencies.

  13. nc lucky on July 12, 2023 at 5:40 am

All the government agent agencies should be forced to use keltecs and highpoints

  14. Fake Republican on July 12, 2023 at 5:40 am

    So defund the police then.

  15. James Hayes on July 12, 2023 at 5:43 am

Your right on the boycott being useless for the reasons you stated. What’s needed is a new law: Anyone who makes an oath to the constitution & is found guilty of violating that oath should be locked up as an enemy combatant, whether elected & writing unconstitutional laws or three letter agents enforcing the same. That would end all this, because those arrested would be held in custody as an enemy combatant, equal to enemy of the state. All enemies foreign & domestic, means all enemies.

  16. KC Crawler on July 12, 2023 at 5:44 am

No…if we hold the manufacturer responsible it’s the same as the anti gun people blaming them for killing people

  17. Daniel Martinez on July 12, 2023 at 5:44 am

Gun owners who don’t vote are equal to condoms with holes, useless drips who let us down.

  18. XxD MoneyxX on July 12, 2023 at 5:45 am

Hope companies like PSA don’t do this. They seem to be a company Thts runs for the US citizen

  19. Brett on July 12, 2023 at 5:46 am

I buy Canik handguns and solgw rifles. People say that Canik is made by a terrorist supporting company. My answer to that is isn’t our own country supporting terrorists? I mean we have literal terrorists and wannabe dictators in our own government. The people that make the firearms aren’t supporting terrorism or terrorists. The companies might be I don’t know. We are supporting something we don’t like with nearly every purchase we make, be it the company itself or the materials the product is made out of may come from shady countries like China or Indonesia.

  20. Jay Gladieux on July 12, 2023 at 5:48 am

Colt priced themselves out of the market.

  21. Bradley Hughes on July 12, 2023 at 5:51 am

What if the guy walking into the dealership that smells like he has liquor on his breath is, in fact not drunk, but a diabetic. Diabetics when their blood sugar gets extremely high can reek of liquor without consuming it, something about fermenting sugars in your body I think.

  22. Michael Enders on July 12, 2023 at 5:52 am

According to Thomas Jefferson, "The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield, and government to gain ground." Government has been gaining ground since he wrote the Declaration of Independence 247 years ago.

  23. Diana Alfieri on July 12, 2023 at 5:52 am

No offence but our great great grandchilderen are going to be paying for these anti 2a agency’s toys.

  24. ogbobbye on July 12, 2023 at 5:53 am

two things yank didn’t cover is cost msrp, what allows us to buy more affordable guns is the fact government buys guns and helps offset the cost of manufacturing. 2nd thing is R&D, any S&W 40 fans think there would be a 40 if the limp wristed FBI wasn’t working with S&W to develop the round. would the Sig 320 Glock 19 and Berretta M9 be as good if not for those companies trying to meet military / government standards. government money is the largest supplementer and funder of the gun industry period. even companies without government contracts benefit by making more affordable knockoffs of what the government buys.

  25. Tom McQueen on July 12, 2023 at 5:53 am

The best protest Is more Guns more Ammo 🤫🙂

  27. Joseph Logar on July 12, 2023 at 5:56 am

Yankee, I love your stuff…but I have to disagree with this one. To use your example- if the drinker on his lunch break openly proclaimed that he was buying this car to go run people over, the salesman would not sell him a car. And if the KY Militia told Glock they were going to buy those guns to go shoot cops, Glock wouldn’t sell to them. And in both scenarios the cops would be called. So when these agencies openly state their mission is to disarm citizens the manufacturers SHOULD NOT sell to them. I know that would never happen. Just thought I’d put it out there.

  28. Colostomy Bag on July 12, 2023 at 5:56 am

Barrett won’t sell their guns to law enforcement in ca supposedly.

  29. Killertruth186 on July 12, 2023 at 5:57 am

Yeah, it is sad these days they’ve exist because of our incompetence.

  30. TheTeskeNater on July 12, 2023 at 5:59 am

Stop being cheap! Buy more guns!

  31. Christopher Mead on July 12, 2023 at 5:59 am

Gun manufacturers have been selling guns to whoever they can sell them to since the beginning of firearms. That’s just the way it is and as long as we preserve the 2nd amendment we civilians will continue to buy guns. The problem isn’t the gun industry selling to the government, the problem is the government weaponizing its self against its citizens. That’s all there is to it.

  32. Arvid Velander on July 12, 2023 at 6:01 am

If law enforcement are unable to enforce law when necessary then there can be no laws. That’s called anarchy… If that’s what you want, fine. Just know what you’re signing up for.

  33. Chris Mangold on July 12, 2023 at 6:02 am

Make a law that LE/GOV can only have what citizens can own.

  34. RebelStudio2 on July 12, 2023 at 6:03 am

We should support all businesses that cancel their GOV. CONTRACTS.They also do not have to pay taxes without it.

  35. Chad on July 12, 2023 at 6:06 am

    Thanks!

  36. Darren Caughey on July 12, 2023 at 6:06 am

Implement strict magazine capacity, on government agencies, a strict gun roster, no more "AR style " weapons. Enforce universal background checks and make them publicly available.

  37. Robert Dalton on July 12, 2023 at 6:06 am

Just think of the Major "backfire" on all those people who want to hold the firearms manufacturers "liable/responsible" every time there’s a shooting. Now imagine some lawyer who wants to make a name for him/herself and does the same thing after a Law Enforcement shooting over alleged "misuse"/excessive force in an incident.

  38. David Wilson on July 12, 2023 at 6:07 am

As expected, YM is a whining hypocrite and self-absorbed zealot who thinks everyone on planet should bow down to what HE demands people think and do.

  39. TheHandHistoryVault on July 12, 2023 at 6:08 am

Yankee, I almost completely agree with you. I do think you missed a few other topics on the issue. Other than those, you’re right.

  40. Jason A on July 12, 2023 at 6:08 am

How typical that those who whine like the cowardly hypocrites they are about "cancel culture" should promote "cancelling" those THEY don’t like. No surprise that these hypocrites would align with Yankee Marshall…a zealot who is among the most hypocritical goofs on YT.

  41. Savage Lee on July 12, 2023 at 6:09 am

If anyone doesn’t think that America will devolve into police state is kidding themselves.

  42. gary K on July 12, 2023 at 6:09 am

Yankee…the same people think if the ATF were defunded, federal gun control laws would evaporate and no one would enforce them.
These geniuses HATE IT when you tell them that the ATF didn’t even exist until 1970, but federal gun laws were enforced for many decades before that by the Treasury Dept. THEN these same Einsteins say that the IRS shouldn’t be armed…but want them to be in charge of enforcing federal gun laws again?

We have no shortage of "AOC equivalents" who "support" gun rights.

  43. Antonio Gonzalez on July 12, 2023 at 6:09 am

Shouldn’t this had been done from the get go…..
    Money talks bullshit walks!!!!
Seems like they are playing both sides dont you think!!???

  44. Roberto Garcia on July 12, 2023 at 6:10 am

🤣🤣🤣 You are funny, are you fear mongering again? Just safer rules doesn’t mean you are getting you rights away. Wake up!

  45. Dino on July 12, 2023 at 6:10 am

BS Yank. Logic doesn’t hold to the nth degree.

Is Springfield just a robot? Are you mad at the Springfield robot? In less than a few months you made entirely different arguments for capitalist gain (I agree with both to some extent …. But this take is faulty).

Would you buy from X manufacturer, 6 months after X manufacturer renewed/secured a contract with X state agency when X state passed a law/bill to confiscate the firearms from X state’s citizen’s firearms a year prior?

We know you, you would not and you would be more forceful in your irreverence for that manufacturer than you have been with disdained manufacturers in the past.

I enjoy your content and you are a rare channel that I don’t agree with wholeheartedly but entertain because you have changed my mind in the past and I welcome “original,” genuinely well thought out opinions and analysis.

    Keep it up!

  46. devildog17013 on July 12, 2023 at 6:11 am

If we hold the manufacturers responsible for who they sell their product to by boycotting them, then all those on far left would feel justified about their push to allow people to sue them when their guns are used to commit crimes. It isn’t the manufacturers job to account for who buys from them as long as the product was purchased lawfully.

  47. Naga Viper on July 12, 2023 at 6:13 am

    You make a good point.

  48. BlackoutPatriot on July 12, 2023 at 6:14 am

Colt never really csme out with anything new while qaulity went down and prices stayed high .

  49. John English on July 12, 2023 at 6:18 am

Remember when Obama was buying ammo for all the alphabet organizations? That’s where we are.

  50. Brian Jones on July 12, 2023 at 6:18 am

I have no problem selling guns to LEOs, just sell them the same gun that can be bought by a civilian. I was raised by a cop, I love cops. I also know that they are equally as stupid as the rest of society, on average, but they can buy a new automatic weapon to defend themselves, and we can’t.
