I would weld a piece of think metal so that way it could bolt to the stud vertically. Or if only they thought of that before hand.

  2. tigerrc on November 15, 2021 at 12:53 am

Excuse me, which model muzzle brake is installed on tavor?

  3. TOLIS MARGIOLAS on November 15, 2021 at 12:54 am

    Good idea, thanks

  4. USMC Dad on November 15, 2021 at 12:57 am

Screw is 6 in wide steel plates into the stud and bolt the lock to the plate.

  5. KingTesticus on November 15, 2021 at 12:57 am

i wonder about storing it long-term with the bolt locked back.. any negative effects on the buffer spring???

  6. Tim Huffman on November 15, 2021 at 12:57 am

It looks like a good idea. Just a couple of concerns. What is the receiver block made of. Will it damage the inside of the mag well. Will the piece that goes in to the ejection pot come in contact with the bolt. My concern would be damage to the ejector.

  7. GearNut23 on November 15, 2021 at 1:02 am

I just got into rifles and finished building my first one, I’ve been looking at safes, good quality ones but I would unfortunately have to safe a little longer for one until then would you recommend this type of security for your rifle of course being mounted horizontally concealed in a closet?

  8. Mike Bradley on November 15, 2021 at 1:04 am

I like it for an under seat semi secure mount during transport. It would be foolish to carry permanently in your vehicle anyway, in my opinion.

  9. Alan Caye on November 15, 2021 at 1:05 am

I’m getting one for my M4 in my regular cab pick-up truck.
Shut up and take my money. 💰

  10. Bo Biscuit on November 15, 2021 at 1:05 am

130 bucks???? Are u kidding 3 of those equals one low end safe. That shits a rip off

  11. Henry Cruz on November 15, 2021 at 1:06 am

    Ready to go??? It’s empty!

  12. Urmom1985 on November 15, 2021 at 1:10 am

Excuse me Mr Robber man; allow me a few moments to unlock my personal protection device….

  13. Mike Gardner on November 15, 2021 at 1:12 am

more than a little cumbersome to get to in the dark and when amped up.

  14. Mike Malone on November 15, 2021 at 1:15 am

Your recoil spring is under compression with the bolt back.

  15. Mike O on November 15, 2021 at 1:15 am

Anyone can break a lock… So no need for 3500lbs of pressure to remove the mount from the wall… once they bust the lock… the gun is free… i take mine out every night from safe and put next to my night stand…

  16. 5.56NATO on November 15, 2021 at 1:16 am

there is a major downfall to this lock, and that is it requires the AR to be stored with the bolt locked to the rear. this means the buffer spring will be compressed while stored which is bad because it can cause the spring to loose it’s integrity and not properly cycle the weapon. and I’m not paying that much for something I can make in my back yard for $15. and a point someone else made, they can still steal the most expensive part of the gun, the upper receiver with your optic.

  17. desertrats on November 15, 2021 at 1:16 am

    Yeah no

  18. Chester Puffington on November 15, 2021 at 1:17 am

    Terrible….

  19. Brandon K on November 15, 2021 at 1:18 am

all these guys talking shit, open your mind. it’s a great option for under a truck seat.

  20. Ducks Man on November 15, 2021 at 1:18 am

    Where did u get that?

  21. drmrjon on November 15, 2021 at 1:18 am

Thats the dumbest thing ever invented. If your going to have an AR it should be LOADED at all times! It does you no good to carry any weapon system unloaded.

  22. Iron Mike Z on November 15, 2021 at 1:20 am

So you have a nice empty AR…why not keep it in a safe?

  23. FATHER THOMAS on November 15, 2021 at 1:21 am

I still prefer above the. Door inside, I have had a friend who kept his locked n loaded on hooks there. His home was buglerized and they didn’t even see it. Best is if you’re hands up hostage it’s a quick grab n go.

  24. Jason Gilbert on November 15, 2021 at 1:21 am

Just ordered one for my truck!

Now, for those saying it can be cut out of the wall etc. yes it can but to be honest most break ins are smash and grabs unless they know without a doubt nobody will be home or around. Burglars like to get in and out. I have watched videos on how easy it is to get into a safe so if given enough time a burglar can get into anything.

  25. Red Pill Apostolic on November 15, 2021 at 1:22 am

    excellent idea

  26. Mark Stewart on November 15, 2021 at 1:23 am

I don’t like it at all.

  27. 4B vEnOm on November 15, 2021 at 1:24 am

Damn…I wish I could has seen this one instead

  28. Rick DeMartile on November 15, 2021 at 1:25 am

Anyone use with a Lefty Upper?

  29. keyboyrecords on November 15, 2021 at 1:25 am

You will be dead before you get that thing unlocked.

  30. erratic static on November 15, 2021 at 1:25 am

how would it stop someone from stealing the upper? i mean i see that the lower is secured, but god forbid a smart criminal breaks into your truck.

  31. shuumai on November 15, 2021 at 1:26 am

    Don’t use drywall anchors! haha

  32. Bo Varnedoe on November 15, 2021 at 1:26 am

    i like it…..if it was 10 dollars

  33. Mike Sam on November 15, 2021 at 1:28 am

Just drill out the lock n u got it

  34. ToddB987 on November 15, 2021 at 1:28 am

I think this is cool. To bad it’s not Stag lefty compatible. I love too how the foot print isn’t to large to fuck up your wall.. It would be perfect for bedroom closet. Is there one similar that accommodates left handed rifles? Anyone?

  35. Tim TheGunGuy on November 15, 2021 at 1:28 am

Where’s that hole??? That’s what she said¡ Bodaboom!

  36. Afra Bangash on November 15, 2021 at 1:29 am

Will it fit an AR-15 that is .22 cal? Does it matter?

  37. Drebole on November 15, 2021 at 1:29 am

    I’ll take 2.

  38. Nate on November 15, 2021 at 1:30 am

    *impact driver

  39. Jeffrey Morgan on November 15, 2021 at 1:33 am

you would have to use one hell of a strong lock to keep a thief out if you weren’t home

  40. Mr Short on November 15, 2021 at 1:33 am

now that I like I bet it costs a fortune, but I would say a better alternative then a big ass expensive safe.

  41. Aaron Shaub on November 15, 2021 at 1:34 am

Good review dude. Thanks for locking the Tavor on there, exactly what i was looking for.

  42. Joseph C on November 15, 2021 at 1:34 am

It’s a good method to store an AR and I can have it ready to go in 15 seconds or less, locked and loaded.
The only issue I have with it is the slide where the lock goes, it’s under lots of spring tension and sometimes catches on the lock 🔒 when removing it

  43. J on November 15, 2021 at 1:36 am

i would not use this in my house. But for my truck gun i would.

  44. Hockeymaskbob on November 15, 2021 at 1:37 am

How sturdy is the hinge? That seems like a weak spot to me.

  45. Nolan Stewart on November 15, 2021 at 1:37 am

Can the AR upper be removed when the rifle is locked in this device?

  46. Balance on November 15, 2021 at 1:39 am

I keep all my armalite rifles with the bolt to the rear on safe and a mag in it.

  47. Big Thumb on November 15, 2021 at 1:39 am

Won’t work on a 9mm. Ditch the whole mag release bs or make the mag part different sizes.

  48. Cor Morse on November 15, 2021 at 1:41 am

Awesome review. Just wanna point out that it’s not a hammer drill you’re using, but an impact. You were using the right tool for the job. 😉

  49. ZurkElite on November 15, 2021 at 1:42 am

not a fan. is this directed at cali gun owners? Seems like too much bs to get to it

  50. Thomas Dissell on November 15, 2021 at 1:49 am

cool , love it, great idea, … any Veteran discount ?
